Standing at the dressing room with a pair of jeans to try on. I've gained a lot and then lost some weight and need a new pair of jeans for my trip to Napa tomorrow. Already feeling vulnerable about having yo try on jeans... One sales associate looks up at me as she is telling another sales associate that someone important is there so to make sure and give great customer service... and then walks past me. Then the other girl looks at me as she walks by to put stuff away. Not one of them bothered to say I could just go into any dressing room. So I stood there for a minute and figured it out on my own. Yes my hair was a mess and I was in sweatpants but my money works just the same as anyone else so it was disappointing to be treated like I didn't exist when they simply could have said as they walked by that I could pick any room and to let them know if I needed help (or any other typical thing one says when someone goes into a dressing room). Maybe instead of worrying about giving "top notch" service to the one important person as the girl in the claw clip said, you should focus on giving EVERYONE a great experience.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. The sales associate looked underneath my stall to see what I was doing as I was finishing trying on clothes when I saw that I decided not purchase anything and handed it straight into her hands.

I cannot say enough about this store, absolutely love their clothes, and the staff is always very professional and courteous.

4 sales clerks around cash register. Chatty with each other. Sharing stories about pets. We had an arm full of clothes and had to ask for assistance. Person who helped us appeared completely annoyed that we asked for assistance and made a comment about the lack of service. No apology or acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

The store was organized and clean, however... Only one employee, who was cashier with multiple customers waiting to check out. I walked around the store 3 times, trying to find someone who could help me, but finally left without purchasing.
