Over and over and over again, Craig takes things that other shops can't fix. And he does it economically. And it's always honest and spot-on. Finding an honest, quality mechanic is a treasure! You got to wait a little bit, because they're busy. But they're worth it!

Can't thank Blaine and Joe enough for their help diagnosing and repairing my son's Xterra. Pilot Rex team worked us in quickly, kept us apprised of problem and repair cost, and got him on his way again in a matter of a couple of days. Very nice folks to work with, super helpful, can't say enough positive about the experience. Highly recommended!

Had to have my Ford towed here after it stalled out. I took it there because of a personal recommendation. Thought it might be the fuel pump, which I told them. Didn’t hear anything from them for 3 days after they told me they would call me multiple times, I had to keep calling to see what was happening. They said it started and they ran diagnostics and didn’t find anything. I’m not sure if they really did look to see what could be wrong, it seems like they just checked if it would turn on. The check engine light came on 20 minutes after leaving, and it continued to stall. I am extremely disappointed to have waited so long to hear nothing, and the problem seemed to get worse after leaving.

Worst place ever took my car in for simple work done spark plugs,belt,valve cover gasket ect. My car has ran like absolute crap said they fixed my oil leak and they didn't car leaked another 2 months and had to spend another $300 to have it fix when it should have be in the first place now I go to check and see if they even changed the spark plugs in the 1st place and see they have stripped out the bolts over the cover for the sparks plugs it wasn't like that before I took it in cause it came off perfect when I inspected to see if they needed to be changed will never have work their done again and would not recommend that you have your car work on unless you wanna get it back screwed up like I did.....

Was unable to get any information as to what was wrong with my vehicle for three days, because the "owner was detained", whatever that means. Then when the owner was finally available, he said the engine was ruined and needed to be replaced - that he had found a used one online if I wanted to go that route. So when I tried to get details as to what specific things were wrong with the engine, so that I could assess whether or not I wanted them to replace the engine, or if it would be more cost effective to have it repaired, the only response I got was that "my car had been on their lot for a week and a decision had to be made" (which was not true - especially factoring in the 3-day wait that was forced upon me due to the owner's "detainment"). At that point, not a single detail as to specific damage, or even the courtesy of providing a number off of the motor so that I could compare costs. His tone was rude and condescending, and when I pointed that out, he raised his voice, said "come get your car off my lot", and slammed the phone down in my ear. Rudest place I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
