I love this Sundance store in Southlake Texas I drive 47 minutes to go to this store and it is well worth it the employees are amazing they are friendly, kind patient and knowledgeable I always shop with Lisa Reed she has helped me put together very cute outfits from clothes to jewelry! Lisa is so friendly and a great Sundance employee I hope they appreciate ! but all the girls are great to so the whole team works well together for sure oh and it helps I love Sundance style and quality to :)

What a wonderful store and staff. I went there with my wife and I have never met more pleasant ladies than at this store. They were super helpful to my wife and very kind and engaging with me as my wife tried on and found several pieces of clothing. This was reminiscent of the way service and shopping used to be - kind, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. Thank you to the two Lisa’s, you’re terrific. Special thanks to Lisa R for helping my wife pick out such nice clothing.

I am beyond happy with this store and their excellent customer service. I saw a dress I wanted online and went into the store to try and find it. I asked for help and was so amazed by how helpful everyone was. They looked up dress and even went as far as looking up reviews to make sure the dress size I needed would fit me. I absolutely love the dress and would definitely shop again. Thank you for all your help!!

Unfortunately the Sundance store in SouthLake is not even worthy of a one star rating. Over the years I have gone into this store they could care less that you have even come into the store let alone help you. Even if the find something on my own I have walked out because I could not get waited on. If you want to shop at a Sundance store travel to the store at Northpark they knock themselves out helping you. And they are very friendly.
