I called the Southlake Tx location and was so fortunate to speak to Josh who assisted me with great service. Josh was polite, kind and overall professional. When I came in to pick up my purchase over the phone, another man handed my items to me and I was on my way. Both guys were extremely helpful and I appreciated the kind service. Give'n credit when it's due.

Paid money up front for a bed and months later still no bed. Then we finally get a delivery date and I''m out of town. Next delivery date waited all day and was told I didn't answer my phone so their not delivery today. Well they called a wrong number because when Sleep Number Support called. They got a hold of me with no problem!!!! Canceling this $13,000.00 bed. Moving on!

Wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Not high pressure. They made buying our new mattress easy. But they are more expensive than traditional mattresses, largely I'm sure because their mattresses are adjustable in terms of firmness.

Haven't even received my slappin' new mattress yet; I'm just speaking purely on the staff. Great environment, low pressure and all about the customer. Harley was a great guy who listened well and educated my wife and I through the process and made sure we got what fit best for us. The finance and flexibility options were great too. I'll sleep well on this purchase and the experience.

We have two sleep number beds & love them. We purchased sheets from this location in Jan and was very pleased with the service. Not so much this time. We asked to have credit run under wife's name but they ran it under the husbands name. They did get it right so we paid differently. Was told the bed would arrive in about 10 days. Delivery has been pushed out to the end of July per a system generate email with no email address to follow up. We need the bed at the delivering address by July 1st. Very unhappy with this purchase.
