Jaime helped us pick the right mattress for us. We went to this location not thinking we were going to purchase a mattress, but to look at options for a replacement for our adjustable Tempur-pedic mattress. Jamie was incredible in assisting us and showed us several options in our price range as well as giving detailed information about each mattress. E are very pleased with our purchase and happy to know we have 90 days to return it if we w not happy.

I've visited Mattress Firm 4 times over the past 6 months. John Varner at 25944 Hwy 290 Cypress? TX 77429 went over and beyond. I have to admit most times the other reps were nice, but not as attentive. He put no one before the sale and greeted those that entered but this was the 1sr time someone really treated me fairly until I made up my mind. I made a large purchase from the email receipt he sent and I'm glad I waited until I encountered him to make the purchase. Thanks for making your customer feel like an equal and communicating genuinely! Thanks to mattress firm for having such a great SALE too!!!! Great Deals!!!!! Money well spent. I wouldn't have spent it no other way.
