Terrible! Went in for a toothache and they had talked me in to getting my tooth pulled. Paid for it upfront on my credit card and when. I get into the exam room in the back they are explaining the procedure and they then tell me it was a different tooth than they had originally said. So after that I refused service. Now 5 years later I’m getting a bill/ debt collection for something they didn’t even do! Don’t waste your time or money!!

They’re All very good at Vincennes Aspen. So far so good. Kristi is the best so is Renee, Dr Lauren n their knowledge n kindness is helpful.

My husband had an appointment here. He was very happy with how he was treated. They were very nice and friendly, which made him feel more comfortable. And let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist. Renee Crosby was very informative about the cost of everything. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have been trying to get my teeth fixed for about 3 years. Due to certain circumstances I was unable to get it done. This year was very different I was provide excellent service by the team especially by Renee Crosby she remembered me from 3 years ago and she made sure and assured me that she was going to help me get this procedure done in which she did! I am eternally grateful to her for that. She is hands down completely professional and awesome to say the least. I highly recommend anyone wanting dental work done please go to Aspen they are great friendly group with great energy. I promise you won't regret it

First visit with them today and it was a great experience. Dentist came up with great plan for my work to be done and I’m happy with it. Renee, the office manager, did great sitting me down and going over the plan and finances and Kate, the Dental hygienist did a fantastic deep clean on me today. Iooking forward to the work to be done!

This place is absolutely the best place ive been too ive seen 3 oral surgeons in a couple months and by far i would absolutely recommend anyone to go there . They made sure i was gonna get the work done i needed and was so pleasantly nice . And made sure that i was gonna be well taken care of . The office Girl you rock you know who you are . Everyone was absolutely fantastic at the consultation for my husband. From the first phone call with Renee, the Assistant Office Manager to when she finished up with the financing! She was fast, efficient and explained everything exceptionally well. Dr. Woo and his assistant were also very helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Had a toothache crisis and they got me in asap; they were able to give me a thorough consultation, more than affordable payment plan for the expensive work that I definitely have to get done and were super patient with me during my hygienic cleaning. My hygienist Kate was great and would take breaks when the pain got to be too much for me.

The whole team at the Vincennes location has been wonderful! Kate, the hygienist, put my anxieties at ease during my treatment!
