hated the thought of going to dentist for anything I just do not like it. I walk in today I met some great people very honest stress free easy to get along with people on top of that I met a lady named Tonya who on top of being such a great person helped out tremendously with my anxiety of the dentist

I came in today with an infected tooth and my two year old son. The entire staff was polite and kind. Went out of their way to be sweet to my son. They were talkative and it was just a good experience all around.

Very helpful and friendly throughout, I was scared to death to get my teeth pulled. Knowing that I'd only have what they give me to rely on for the rest of my life. I had to make sure that I trusted them and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They was patient with the probably 200 silly questions I asked. Helped me figure out my insurance, getting the best set they offer and I still didn't have to pay near what I expected. Thanks you made my decision to go with you easier than expected.

I was not treated with respect by personnel--even accused of not brushing my teeth by the substitute dentist. At a very bad time for Covid, precautions were lax--not all wearing masks, no protection between patient and desk personnel (who were unmasked). Personnel did not perform the service for which I was there, even though one of them expressed the discrepancy but was ignored. I called and asked that my x-rays be sent to me. I was told they would be. Several weeks later that has not happened. I was asked to pay the bill, which I did. They then billed insurance, which paid a portion of the bill. That portion was not remitted to me. I called 14 minutes before closing. They did not answer my call.

Initial appointments were satisfactory. Once individual work began several issues arised. Multiple occasions I would pay for the procedure being done, then Once I was with doctor there would be one reason or another why the plan would have to be changed and more and more appointments would be necessary. A different doctor and staff with every visit made the consistency impossible. One occasion I had to tell the dentist myself why I was there. The appointment was not set correctly, then he proceeded to complain about office staff right in front of me. Multiple occasions they would try to add items to my care plan I did not agree to. I've waited now 6 weeks for a crown they don't have a clue where it's at. A crown I paid for almost 5 months ago. After hundreds of dollars out of my pocket, I will not be returning.
