Rob was great! Honest. Reliable. SUPER easy to get ahold of. Even though I wasn't buying the most expensive trailer on the lot, I had the experience as though I was. He held the trailer for me for a week - as I had to get paperwork and fine the time to make the 5 hour trip down. He even followed up to make sure I made it home. Would 100% recommend.

I fully understand the covid effect on sales of cars, trucks and yes trailers. Supply and demand etc. But, I have never felt like such a nobody of importance as I had here. No matter who I am, what I drive, or my annual income, should dictate how I am treated. The sales person, who didn't even give us a card, showed us one 1 trailer and didn't even bother to pull down the stairs.

I was hauling my skidsteer down 74 when my wheel popped off. Found all 8 lugs snapped off and no fleet service was willing to fix this by the roadside. I took the hub down to these guys and they popped old studs out and installed new and I was on my way. I got the trailer back together at the rest stop loaded up and was on my way. When I got off to go north on 231 I got a flat on the other side of my trailer. These guys brought me a new tire and then took me back to their shop for another round of stud replacement just to be sure since it was off. Customer service is dying these days but this business here is the exception. Cannot say enough good things about Murphy Trailer Sales and their top notch staff.
