Checked in online , said 90 min wait , got down to 30 min and then jumped back up to 60 , apparently they put several people in line ahead of me , went back down to 40 then 5 minutes later jumped back up to 65, obviously I'm never going to get a hair cut . No point of using online check in , it is not used to out you in line

Seen Ashley. She was great! Had her take about 10 inches off, layer and add bangs and it came out perfect. Thanks so much Ashley! It's an hour drive for me but will deff be back to see her.

Overall a bad experience. Been awhile since I've been here because of my outcome last time. Thought I would give them a try again and it looks like they took a weed eater to my head. Rushed through my haircut and I didn't feel comfortable with the person I got my haircut from either. Good luck if you go here! I'll NEVER be going back. Service: Haircut

My husband has gone to great clips for years, then my son. One of our favorite ladies who did an excellent job does not work there anymore. He has gone a couple other places and decided to go back. He got his hair cut today and the back of his hair has bangs, or alfalfa. He always gets a fade and this time is a super choppy job. We were never let down before and now we need to go somewhere to fix it.
