I had an amazing experience with Bright Now Dental! I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years prior to going to Bright Now. They didn’t bat an eye, they jumped right in to make me feel comfortable and get my teeth heathy again. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I worked with Charity to get scheduled quickly and check my insurance plan. Dr. Charek was very knowledgeable, he kept me well informed of the treatment plan and explained everything thoroughly. Jill did my cleaning and Haley did my X-rays and fillings. I’m so thankful for the staff at Bright Now! 10/10 experience!!! I will be back in six month for my next cleaning.

When I was calling to make an appointment the front office person was rude, but once I got in there they were very nice and accommodating. The dentist was very nice and explained things to me. They also had a cancellation and got me in to do my cleaning!

I really enjoyed this place as far as a family place and feeling welcome and save but as far as a business, WASTE OF TIME. They tell me my 5 year old needs her tooth removed bc of infection behind it. Welp, infection is never freaking good and they left it, made an appointment 3 WEEKS out to have it removed THEN call me 2 DAYS before to tell me they need to reschedule or refer her to someone else. This is not the first time that they have had to make go to someone else to do what I need from them. I barely want a doctor, let alone one in my mouth, around me right now ANYWAYS now I have to go dentist shopping for someone that I can trust AGAIN😤😡😡😡
