To be 100% honest... this place is disgusting! Last time I was in there I witnessed them picking up dropped food cartons off the floor and serving customers with them. There playground area was covered in food and mystery liquids. I informed one male employ about it. I watched as he swept a few things off the floor and left it in the same shape he found it. Be leary of letting your kids just run in and play with out checking it out.

Made an order at McDonald's in Madison. 20 min away. Got to where I was going, pull my sandwich out and there was no chicken patty, just cheese, bacon, mayo, and bun. Drive down the street to this McDonald's (north nervon) to get a replacement and the manager tells me that the replacement has to be from the location I got it from. Are you serious???? McDonald's is McDonald's. Shouldn't matter its all the same thing. He was absolutely horrible to talk to so I walked out to keep from exploding on him. He is rude. Sorry you're so miserable in your personal life and that you're working at McDonald's. Won't be wasting my money with this chain again. If yall think you deserve $15+/hr, step up your customer service and how you talk to your potential customers. Absolute trash customer service. This location needs to be closed or completely re-staffed.

I went in to McDonald’s today with my family and I walked in my kid had to use the restroom there was ketchup all over the walls. We told him employee about it they said sounds like a you problem. Then we went to order they were being a room seen that they’re out of everything and they won’t even that busy my son wanted a McFlurry and she just stood there and said it’s not working but we could see that an employee in the back was Making one. They messed up are order so many times my Younger daughter found fingernail clippings in her chicken nuggets my oldest son had hair in his big bag I had a Band-Aid in my Big Mac. What is wrong with this McDonald’s

This is the second time this week I went through the drive thru and again I am not happy. This time the fries were cold and hard and I asked for a quarter pounder no onion and all I got was a pickle on it. So totally dissatisfied. I paid 2 99 for fries. You think at that price they would be at least warm

Just about any time I go here my order is messed up. Today I went just for an ice coffee. They made a small when I ordered a large. I corrected it, they just took the small and put it into a large cup and filled it with cream (I watched). I took a sip and it was awful. Brought it back in to get it remade. An was given a coffee that just tasted like milk. (In the mornings I get an iced coffee, and it always comes out right)

It was recently renovated and looks nice and modern. Features 4 self check outs so lines are non existent. Food is fine.... It's McDonald's so it's very similar to any other McDonald's you'd go to. Service is fine. Please learn to have patience. People are working as hard as they can here.
