Honest question, why do you guys even have a meat department? It’s 2:30 in the afternoon and I just asked to have $40 worth of steak cut down and was told that it wasn’t possible because they had already cleaned up. Why not just have corporate send you already cut pieces? Why pretend to be something you’re clearly not? It would be different if this were a one time occurrence but I get attitude every time I ask for something from the “butcher”, like I’m a giant annoyance. I’m not demanding something unreasonable as you are about to close, this is the middle of a work day before most people have even gotten out. Do better.

I always have a great time here. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Never had a bad time. And the store is always clean! Managers are nice too. I didn't have enough to buy hamburger in my grocery list and the manager bought it for me!

Did Curbside for first time. Won’t do again. Produce was horrible, salmon looks terribly old and half the things I ordered were out of stock. Lately when I shop inside produce still looks bad and selections overall are not great.

Self service checkout not user-friendly. Purchased 1 non-alcoholic item and it couldn't even handle that.

Geagle is the greatest place to purchase food items such as: water, chip, food, bread(s) and of course, . Great customer service and very clean air in the store. Lots of selections for many people who have been to other locations. However, I’m not sure if there is any automotive oil. Must go to ace hardware for automotive oil 😵💫. Also the bread s are very very tasty, especially when you toast it at 2:37 A.M. The tip is to butter the bread before you toast it. That’s how you get the very specific flavor of 🤤.

Great store however the deli closes at4. Awesome hours if you work normal hour but don't worry the bakery is open until 6. Nice work big bird

Most of the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The produce quality is usually poor. The deli now closes at 3:30 pm and deli-to-go prepackaged items are picked over shortly thereafter. Sale items are inadequately stocked (even pre-pandemic/supply chain issues) despite frequent repeated visits during the span of the sale. The only advantage to this store is proximity, but I find it worth the trip to Solon Market District to spare myself the aggravation. Management of this particular store is extremely poor overall.

I don't shop here anymore, the prices just don't reflect the value anymore. I have always encountered helpful employees when I shopped. The chicken counter is unique, if not properly staffed all the time, and it's a nice place to grab lunch for those on the go. The selection of wine and beer is quite good and the stock people are knowledgeable. For snacks and non perishable items, I would shop elsewhere for cheaper. The produce is usually well stocked and the bakery has a nice variety. (I don't shop the seafood section because of a strong fish odor and I buy meat from a butcher.) The pharmacy area has a well stocked supplement section, homeopathic remedies and OTC treatments. Love the smell of the homemade soaps!

Giant Eagle at Tanglewood has a wide of variety of products. The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. Produce section could use a lot of help. Go elsewhere for fresher produce. This store includes a pharmacy and although I have not personally used their services, my patients share that the service is amazing and the prices comparable. Due to the pandemic they’ve held strong and kept well stocked and open. It’s the place to go if there’s ever a power outage.
