The mattresses are made in Cleveland. The salesman was helpful without being aggressive. He let us ask questions and talk things out with each other. This mattress is for our son, but we have had our mattress for a decade and feel that it's a good quality product. ~Amber

I always have a great time here. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Never had a bad time. And the store is always clean! Managers are nice too. I didn't have enough to buy hamburger in my grocery list and the manager bought it for me! ~Jourdain
