I don't usually shop at Cato's, but I went shopping with a friend today and found two cute tops, a pair of leggings, and a necklace/earring set to go with one of the tops. The clerks were very friendly and helpful also. I'm going to have to stop in more often.

Love the Cato in Vincennes IN. The worker there was fun, helpful and great to talk with. She was solid at the time of my visit and handled several customers at once. Walmart could learn from her. Job well done. My visit was after 2p.m.

This store is a hit and miss on style and sizes. They used to carry more of the extended sizes and now for the last year they haven't carried them in my jeans.

I really enjoy shopping at Cato's. They offer unique clothing and I always find something I've not seen anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is always helpful. Their jewelry is also a reason to shop here. They have unique pieces and offer some Christian necklaces, etc.

Horrible customer service. No greeting as you come in the door or asking if they can help you. Asked for a white maxi skirt and the girl looks over her shoulder and says we dont have any. Don't even look. I walked around the corner and there was a whole rack of them. The store has really gone down hill.
