Just bad. Don’t waste your time. Multiple people on break. They literally will have you in line until nobody is at the window. Lobby was locked and really not worth the $40 I was going to spend. Gladly went to sonic and got amazing quality service for the same price. I do not intend on visiting that store in the future.

I don't know what's wrong with this restaurant but it got slower, it took 45 minutos for them to give me my order. I just ordered the #2 combo the fries 🍟 were so hard and the burger 🍔 it tasted weird i don't know what's wrong with that restaurant i love Burger King but I'm not going back to that place no more.

We went right at 11am and they had just switched over the menu. The food was really good, but it took almost 25 minutes to get our food. I think there were only 2 people working. They really need to hire more people. We got 2 Southwestern bacon burgers, they where great. I highly recommend it.

This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen in my 52 years on this planet. It appears the employees could care less about customer service. They are regularly out of menu items and the concept of “fast food” escapes them. The food service industry can be a thankless job but there is no need to be rude especially if your lunch menu is displayed during breakfast hours. The only reason you get one star is due this system not allowing me to leave it blank.

Was there mayhe a week ago and was in the drive thru for over an hour. But that doesn't matter because they made sure my food was fresh and they even added four pies to my order for the wait time! Thank you staff of burger King yall are great. Keep up the work.

Staff was very unorganized and appeared to lack competent leadership. Food was very slow arriving. Burgers were not up to BK standards. Buns were cold and borderline stale. Fries were good. No condiments, napkins, straws etc were available without asking for them at the counter which required a wait. Floor was sticky,. Dining area was freezing cold and had many tables that needed wiped down. Several customers remarked about how cold it was and we went to the car and got jackets and sweatshirts to wear while we ate. Restroom was dirty.

Well, I have been standing here for almost 20 min, I still have not gotten my drinks or food. I can’t even get the drinks myself because the drink machine is out of carbonation and ice. I told them that 10 min ago and still no one has come out to change the carbonation, add ice, or offer to fill up our cups from the back.

I understand the world is understaffed right now and things are hard. I have worked in food service. But 45 min for two chicken sandwiches is beyond ridiculous. It was an online order.... So not only are we supposed to wait the 30 min for the prep time after ordering online... But an ADDITIONAL 45 MIN ONCE WE GET THERE? What in the world is going on. Update: fiance and I both are extremely sick from the food. :( Food poisoning. Please change the oil out burger king....

When I arrived I was able to order right away but I had to wait for about an 30-45 minutes to get my order and then when I got home my food was sloppy and the lettuce was brown and I am posting a picture of the lettuce

Hands down the worst “fast” food restaurant in America. I waited 20 mins before anyone said anything to me (drive thru) there were no cars in the parking lot or in front of me at the window so I’m not entirely sure why it took them so long to ask my order. During this time I saw multiple cooks come out to smoke… This store definitely needs an overhaul and all new employees!
