The girls yesterday were very sweet and informative. My frozen cappuccino was delish. The drive through was closed but I didn't mind going inside.

Why does Dakota have to suck so bad! My drink always tastes off. The girls working are always brain dead. Just in the clouds. Not friendly and seem completely lost. I blame the owner and manager. They are not training those girls properly. You handle food and drinks and money and don’t wear gloves? Bang the espresso ground holder on the trash bin. It’s disgusting. If it wasn’t for the fact they are the only place with flavored coffee beans around I’d never go in there.

Sat at drive thru window for 15 minutes watching the teenage employees inside talk, laugh, drink their drinks, etc. They looked at me several times but never came to the window. Called and asked to speak with manager, was told no manager there. I have had excellent service prior to this visit. Guess today it was too hot to open drive through to wait on customers.

I was an out of town visitor to Dakota Coffee Works. This place was AWESOME! TERRIFIC service, great selection, and the coffee was fabulous. Next time I am down this way I plan to visit again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

First of all, the wait was long and the coffee wasn't good. So much I wanted to say but didn't wanna seem disrespectful. I guess on Sundays if I wanna get great coffee I would have to wait until 12.

This is a nice little place, to have your morning coffee. Unlike other coffee shops, they are not overcrowded.

Stopped for coffee & croissants at the Enterprise location. The service was slow and the two girls behind the counter never cracked a smile. Items on the menu were not available. The only good thing about the place was that the coffee was hot.

As someone who’s only ever used the drive thru, I can definitely say Dakota is great. My go-to coffee, the Frozen Mocha, is consistently tasty. The staff has always been polite and efficient. However, I must say that if you’re planning to use the drive thru, the lines do get a bit long. My last visit had a 5 car line of thirsty and hungry customers. It’s well worth the wait, but if you’re pressed for the time, Dakota won’t serve you well. But the coffee is well worth the wait!

Terrible tasting coffee. Drove from out of town and paid 7 dollars so I could have just went to Starbucks. Ordered a hot coffee with two different flavors of syrup and whip. It tasted like a black coffee had little cream and no flavor. Rude employees, tried to charge me for the cup of ice once hearing I intended to share my coffee with my mom , and that she wasn’t getting her own. Ice cream is unlabeled ,and looked unappealing , couldn’t see inside the containers lids were in there

The orange cream drink and the Italian sodas are BUSSIN. The coffee and lemonades are amazing also! They were out of coconut milk so they gave us oat milk instead and I gotta say, as a gay, I'm very impressed. Would recommend.
