Well, I have been standing here for almost 20 min, I still have not gotten my drinks or food. I can’t even get the drinks myself because the drink machine is out of carbonation and ice. I told them that 10 min ago and still no one has come out to change the carbonation, add ice, or offer to fill up our cups from the back. ~Mary

In addition to the great food and drink options, they have a great team. Their customer service is always terrific - super friendly and helpful. Amazing service! Travis was prompt in returning my call to schedule, showed up a few minutes early on the scheduled day, had all the right equipment to complete the job, and he did GREAT WORK! No missed spots and you can't tell my kids were slobs! We got the full detail including the engine bay wash/wax/buff and he really made the whole car shine and was very professional! I felt the price was very fair and allowed me to even tip him for such great work. We always do a full detail before selling a car and it definitely sells the car and wows the customer. These guys know their stuff not just parts, but about repairs on many different vehicles. And what they don't know they can look up really quick. I've never gone into any O'Reilly's that it took longer than 30 seconds for someone to come up to me and help me find my parts and help me get out of there quick so I could do the repairs I needed to do. Plus the Veterans discount I get and the lifetime warranty on the parts is well worth the price. It was great! I had the smoked pork chops. The waitress asked if I wanted two and I agreed, thinking they were like little thin breakfast chops. I was shocked to see that they were like plate-sized and nearly three-quarters of an inch thick. Premium pork perfection! Couldn't eat them both and one literally filled the bottom of the carry out box. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again. ~Ernest

Why does Dakota have to suck so bad! My drink always tastes off. The girls working are always brain dead. Just in the clouds. Not friendly and seem completely lost. I blame the owner and manager. They are not training those girls properly. You handle food and drinks and money and don’t wear gloves? Bang the espresso ground holder on the trash bin. It’s disgusting. If it wasn’t for the fact they are the only place with flavored coffee beans around I’d never go in there. ~Rhonda

Had a great experience in Dollar General today because of an employee. I wasn’t expecting much, just going in for a few things. I was immediately greeted by the gentleman working the register and happened to hear him pleasantly helping other customers and being a complete gentlemen to people and myself while I was inside. The sweetest girls work here! By the time you leave, you feel like you have new friends. Then, they remember who you are and who your children are the next time you pop in.
