Macy's is my first department store to visit when I want to purchase gifts. It's very neat and has a nice selection. I didn't give it five stars because of customer service. No one offered to help or see if we had questions. Instead, my husband, my infant child and I were followed by LP (one of the many reasons I go with Amazon or Target's curbside pick up). My husband asked one of the workers if where we were had the only selection of men's suit pants. She didn't really speak English. Other than that it is still a nice department store.

I was looking for an espresso coffee maker that's difficult to find. I went to Macys and cashier advised they were out of them. In between customers, she was nice enough to look up the item. She found a couple and I ordered it. Haven't received it as yet, but am patiently waiting for it. The cashier, although she was bussy, she was the only one on that section, she took the time to assist me in a professional and patient manner which I greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The customer service department was absolutely atrocious all I was trying to do with exchange Of swim trunks for a larger size that’s it. I had to ask you that I used to pick up the trunks, entirely different Macy’s in Dadeland the night before and they still couldn’t get it right it’s a 20 minute ride to call a manager who also didn’t seem to be very helpful finally I had to call my wife to re-send me another a copy of the receipt so they could simply change an extra large or extra extra large. Mind you I just spent $400on merchandise and they didn’t care.

Went shopping today at Macy's International store to buy some items for daughter's birthday. The cashier was kind and very understanding that the sale prices were not showing correctly. She had to take extra step to charged correctly for each items. She was very polite, explained clearly everything. I asked her name , Marta Alvarez in the Junior Dept. Please have a supervisor aware of this professional worker. Thank you.

Clothes!!! I went here to but professional clothing and imagine my surprise when I got to see all types of brands of clothing that are of good quality. Not only that but the shoes. If you want to look your finest, go to Macy's

I walked around looking for the children's shoe department but could not find it. I had to ask a representative who advised me it was on the second floor. When boarding the escalator the women in the makeup department welcomed me to Macy's. That was so kind. The kids shoe department didn't have a good variety. The representative was leaving the dept as we were approaching. He did assist us but there was no smile or courteous behavior. The good thing is that it was near the restroom.

Things are easy to find, they have a variety for all sizes and occasions. Employees are not harassing you but are close enough in case you need help. Prices are reasonable and they have good things also in the clearance section.

I was blessed to find so many great bargains in my size. Macy’s is a great place to shop. The staff was so friendly. Yvette helped me find my sizes.
