ANA AND KATTY WERE OUTSTANDING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY REALLY WANT TO HELP AND IT SHOWS. Very RARE THESE DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. THEY WERE THE OPPOSITE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I WILL BE BACK TO SHOP AT THIS STORE. 👍 ~raul

Horrible customer service!!! I bought a pair of shoes for mother's day gift for my sister. She tried on and she didn't like them so I came back to store to returned ( after 7 days) . The "manager" told me he couldn't give me the refund because the price sticker was cut and shoes a little bit dirty. ( I got the shoes without box and a little dirty because everyone tries the shoes in the store). I was in shock!!! He was so rude and unprofessional! Thanks God I went to another Nordstrom Rack and the manager did the refund without any problem!!!! I have been a customer from this location since it opened but I won't come back again! ~Carmenza

Macy's is my first department store to visit when I want to purchase gifts. It's very neat and has a nice selection. I didn't give it five stars because of customer service. No one offered to help or see if we had questions. Instead, my husband, my infant child and I were followed by LP (one of the many reasons I go with Amazon or Target's curbside pick up). My husband asked one of the workers if where we were had the only selection of men's suit pants. She didn't really speak English. Other than that it is still a nice department store. ~Sheriah

What a horrible experience today at this location. The line was all the way to the far back and that's with 8 cashiers open. I was there for literally an hour in that darn line. There was absolutely nothing in their right place. The women's shoes were all sandals and they were all on the floor. It was just plain awful. This Burlington is worse than the one in Malls Of America and that's saying alot. Never again will I go there. ~Katiusca

I love Macy's. Great prices and great brands. Plus, they always have coupons and very good sales, so you will always get a good deal. I've been a customer for over 20 years now, and I always shop with them ~Ibeth

My flight was cancelled and I needed a shirt and a pair of underwear. I waited in line for over an hour. Why? For two items. There were only 3 cashiers working. This is not acceptable when you have a line wrapped around the store. Then a cashier went on break and they had only two working. While there were two other staff members putting clothes back. I couldn’t understand why they would not have them assist at the register. I strongly do not recommend. It’s subpar. This is disrespectful to your customers and their time. ~Grace
