Well stocked. Going to this Burlington is like a time tunnel; you come in early im the day and somehow in a blink of an eye it's closing time. So many nice things to see, and everything is so inexpensive! Love this place.

Only two cashiers were available for a line of over 100 people that wrapped around the store. Absolutely ridiculous that they would be this understaffed when there is potential for 14 registers to be open. To me this reflects very poor management and customer service. Burlington has had this issue in other locations that I have noticed but never to this extreme extent. I’m highly discouraged from ever shopping at Burlington again, and especially at this Miami location. It is truly not worth the trouble.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a shirt and a pair of underwear. I waited in line for over an hour. Why? For two items. There were only 3 cashiers working. This is not acceptable when you have a line wrapped around the store. Then a cashier went on break and they had only two working. While there were two other staff members putting clothes back. I couldn’t understand why they would not have them assist at the register. I strongly do not recommend. It’s subpar. This is disrespectful to your customers and their time.

STOP COPYING AND PASTE THE SAME ANSWER , U NEED TO ACT NOW GUYS , you r losing customers . Even don’t deserve one star , people is starting almost to scream to be the next one to pay . I HAVE 45 MINUTESSSS IN LINEEEE ALMOST AN HOUR JUST TO PAY , and always 2 cashier !!!!??? I mean it’s not the first time I came to the same exactly place and always happen the same . PAY ATTENTION TO THIS BURLINGTON PLEASE! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 It’s not the first time and everything is a mess not only the 2 cashiers . EVERYONE IS GETTIN CRAZYYYY HERE . HIRE MORE PEOPLEEEEEE .

Ok all Burlington had a great deals in price bla, bla, bla, but had to spend over 40 min in a lane becouse literrally they only open 2 cashiers for 14 is just unaceptable.

Wasted 1 hour waiting on line , they only had 2 to 3 cashiers open . No workers on the second floor so everything is all over the floor . Couldn't find shoes my size because they were tagged with the wrong size. Maybe is lack of staff but we saw a few workers around the cashiers doing nothing . They should at least have a sign letting people know they are short in staff because it was hard to see how many cashiers they had from the end of the line.

This store is a shame the manager a middle age blond hair lady does not have the ability to take returns in a different line, make me wait more than a hour for two returns items. Only two cashiers a young men that let a customer take a friend from the bottom line and pay in his turn, everybody left in line was complaining. Finally I got to the other cashier a young lady that was very nice and receive my complain. All this happen 04-15-2022 at closed time hope the administration do something for others, me Iam no coming here no more. If you reading this go to Marshall is better even Ross.

@burlington: More than 45 minutes in line waiting to pay!! Just 2 registers open and some ladys walking and organizing clothes around the store🤔...what's the priority here? :The line(around 100 people waiting) or organizing clothes? (Even the supervisor was doing this)🤬. Customers were upset.!! Employees even where claiming when customers asked about a fast service: "u can call"...she said😒🤬. Poor service....no doubt!

Retailers are really feeling the pain of not having staff. Only 2 cashiers & the line was wrapped around like a snake & it took approximately 45 minutes to 1 hr to get checked out so bring patience. First, Burlington I ever went in that was 2 floors & it had very nice Easter collections for women. The dresses & different color purses from pink, purple & light blue.

More than 30 people in front making the line and behind me just goes further down, only (4) FOUR cashiers working and 10 others closed!!! Great service but the waiting to pay its HORRIBLE!!!
