So when you order a large frosty, my belief is the cup should be full. Especially if they tell you that they are out of the first flavor you want. Also, whatever happened to customer service? I asked the drive through cashier to simply fill the cups and she decided that she needed to argue with me that the cup was the wrong size and that she “had to equal them out” to be the size of the cup they are supposed to be in. I’ve eaten at Wendy’s for a long time. I actually used to work for one way back when. As you can see from the photo, the cups are not even or filled. I will not be back. Mostly due to the cashier desiring an argument over just making the customer happy. Edited: Once I got home, I checked out my food. This is apparently a large fry. I have not eaten any of my food as of this point in time. I advise you to not eat at this establishment. Seems their employees lack work ethic or the owner/management team lacks ethics on getting what the customer pays for.

NOT ALPHA GAL friendly. Treated me like I was stupid for asking what oil they used. No one in the store knew including the manager. Don't risk it. I used to be able to go here as a regular but after diagnosis I have to be careful. Which is why it's not a one star.

The Collinsville Wendy's is the best one in Henry, Patrick, and Franklin counties. Everything was perfect and it was hot at 950 at night. And the fries were hot and crispy, just as advertised.

The Collinsville Wendy's, needs improvement compared to Rideway Wendy when Brother Love cooking your food will be hot and fresh 😋, I had reheat everything but my chillibeans 9 dollars 💸

The food was fresh and hot. They got my order correct. The staff was beyond friendly. It was raining and they cashier said you be careful. Its nice that someone would think to say it. Great place to eat.

This location is always clean, customer service is always friendly and great, food is good, they are fast at getting your food to you quickly. I highly recommend Collinsville Wendy's

The dining room was remodeled recently and very clean. There were TV's around the dining area for easy view from most tables. The staff were all friendly, smiling, and polite. The food was hot and the fries were super fresh. Everything was great over-all. I would highly recommend this fast food establishment if you're in the mood for a quick bite.
