They got our parts in 5 weeks sooner and 2000 dollars cheaper than the Ford dealer right down the street. They were professional and offered to carry everything to our truck and loaded it for me to perfection. These gentlemen have earned my continued business at o'reilly's for quite a long time. Every time we need a part now I'm going to be shopping here instead of using the dealership.

Savannah was a huge help. I had a bad gasket that was under warranty and she got me out the door with a new gasket in less than 5 minutes.

Bad service seemed more interested in flirting with others than making attempts to do there job asked 3 times about the parts number ... sure it was an hour before closing time but that's no excuse so went to another competitive parts store and they were very happy to help me out and even went and picked the part I came for

Workers are always friendly and helpful and they usually have parts for my car when I can't get them at other stores even if the price is slightly more to me it's worth it to be able to get the parts when I need them.
