I guess we are just supposed to be happy that anyone is working at all. I don't know it is because I am older and they think I am stupid but they are no help. Never have anything that I need. I wish US Cellular serviced my home area.

UPDATE!!!: Staff is better, friendly, and professional. Answered all my questions quickly. Just wish specials worked for loyal customers of 10+ years.

Employees were polite but it took 4 trips (all over an hour standing in queue) to store and 5hr on customer service (web and calls) before i got my account fixed.
