Since they have remodeled this location, the service and food has been great and they double bake our traditional wings to perfection. The crew is absolutely awesome and even before they remodeled the crew and they food was great and always hot and fresh whether it was delivery or carryout

Order not ready when they said it was and then had to pay twice two different amounts once on the app and $6 more at the restaurant. They ended up giving me the first payment back after a day. Then to top it all off the order wasn't right. Idk who hired the people at the Collinsville pizza hut but they need to reconsider their decision. Lol

Wonderful service, the food was excellent and the guy at the counter was soooo polite. He even brought our pizzas out to our vehicle when they were ready. I haven't had service this year in yrs!

Normally the family and I love Pizza Hut however this one was just beyond mediocre. We ordered an alfredo pizza with beef and it barely came with any cheese at all let alone any sauce. The breadsticks were almost pasty white and had barely any seasoning. The only thing that was really good was the regular cheese pizza with the stuffed crust everything else I would have rather ordered from Little Caesar's or Domino's instead which I think we're going to do next time because this showing was just pathetic.

So I got the big dinner box with boneless wings. I would not recommend and I am very mad about spending $40 some dollars on nasty food. One pizza was raw and undercooked and no toppings and the other was hard very overcooked. The wings were okay. And the bread sticks was amazing. I am very disappointed in this meal! I work hard for my money and this is what I get from Pizza Hut? Wow! Very disappointed!!
