Staff is the problem here products are good but staff ummmmh . They need a team coach Im customer service which is horrible horrible and cashier's think they are doing you are favour. Need deep deep coaching or go get another job or better put them in the warehouse where their egos will be reduced and they would beg to come out front again and try to smile and respect paying customers. Actions and Reactions need educating and refining expeditiously then they may double revenues monthly who knows!

Horrible customer service!!! I bought a pair of shoes for mother's day gift for my sister. She tried on and she didn't like them so I came back to store to returned ( after 7 days) . The "manager" told me he couldn't give me the refund because the price sticker was cut and shoes a little bit dirty. ( I got the shoes without box and a little dirty because everyone tries the shoes in the store). I was in shock!!! He was so rude and unprofessional! Thanks God I went to another Nordstrom Rack and the manager did the refund without any problem!!!! I have been a customer from this location since it opened but I won't come back again!

I was there on Saturday and Sunday and unfortunately the air conditioning was broken and was very very hot. They do have great choices for shoes and clothing and household items. It is bargain prices and quality items

I love shopping at Nordstrom rack. The parking here is a little scary with all the circles but I got used to it. The mall is small but had great shops. I come here often.

Good point of Nordstrom Rack faithful to their concept. Located in a great building with appropriate parking. You find merchandise of great brands. Shoe section is fantastic.

Was surprised at the selection at this rack! I had previously visited the one at midtown and almost gave up on Miami racks, glad I didn't. Scored some great shirts and even a rare 1 cent item!!
