Very clean store. Not so friendly staff. I was being followed around constantly by the workers like I was trying to steal something even though I had an arm full of shopping bags. I was constantly being approached by workers after I stated I didn't need any help, plus I was just too uncomfortable.

I love the Falls but this Macy's is not the best at all...smaller location and doesn't have a ton of variety by any means. The best part is the staff at the little cafe 🙂....they would get 5 stars from me!

They should either staff the store adequately or permanently close their doors. You have a better chance of winning the lotto than finding a store clerk/ salesperson to assist you. Sadly it’s been this way for several years. Inventory is minimal, and store aesthetics seriously lacking. This location needs a major influx of money. Wish they would get their act together.

Had an amazing morning walking throughout the store but most importantly I was amazed by the customer service Julio at the watches department gave to me. 5 star experience 🤝

The customer service in this store is flat out horrible except for a few "younger" associates and I am mentioning the age because this has been my personal experience. The older generation there doesn't know how to be respectful to the client. In the men's fragrance department these (older) generation simply do not want to sell the product. Who wants to buy and try new perfumes when the lady is waiting for you leaning on the register while crossing her arms like she is in fight mode? Then, my wife and I went to the women's department and the lady there was with her phone on the hands and looking at us as if we were bothering her, barely answering questions and more worried about her phone (text) conversation. Totally unacceptable.

This place is trash the girl from finish line doesnt know how do do her job. I was in a hurry for work and she didnt know how to process cash and the rest on the macys card vise versa. This macys is quality has gone down. People there Dont want to work or understand the customer’s situations. She went ahead and called me rude. Nice to know your workers get to call customers names.

I love Macy's. Great prices and great brands. Plus, they always have coupons and very good sales, so you will always get a good deal. I've been a customer for over 20 years now, and I always shop with them

I went in for bedding and they had a great sale. I found a complete bed set - comforter, sheets, and bed skirt for $32 reduced from $100. I've always found great deals here at The Falls location. What made it possible too were the associates who did everything to help me find what I needed and were so friendly in the process.
