I reserved a 15 passanger van in march for a trip in june, and confirmed it with enterprise, and two days before my wedding they call and tell me they don't have any, and said they can put us in 2 different cars, which is not what i wanted. We reserved the big van because two families are going together and needed it so we can take turns driving and with gas it would be better. They haven't helped, never called back, corporate made excuses. Totally unacceptable, and we may have to cancel our trip and lose $1000 for the place we booked with that we are supposed to leave to go to 1 day. So I've not been able to enjoy my wedding, now may not even get the vacation we had hoped and planned for, because we have been stressing and dealing with this the whole time...

All I can say is high praises to Monica at this Enterprise location. I have rented 3 different cars the last three weeks. My car blew a head and couldn't be fixed but Monica has been a great help. From the Camry to the Ram to the Rav4. She's discounted what she could. Although I'm still in need of a rental and wish Monica could do more, I greatly appreciate all she has done.

An employee at this location didn't realize that a customer was in the lobby of an auto body shop where she had her car repaired, with her phone on speaker, when the employee rudely and disrespectfully slandered the shop with lies about rental cars being stolen from the shop's property, and rental car keys being lost by the shop. Neither is true, and the customer was appalled at the Enterprise employee's behavior. If Enterprise thinks it's a good look to allow a representative of its global company to falsely badmouth to a mutual customer a small family-run business that's been in operation for 44 years, then they're sadly mistaken. It's pathetic, and it's actionable.

I have tried to rental cars from this location 5-10 times in the past and have only received a vehicle 3 times from them. even with making an online reservation, I always end up getting a call saying that they don't have anything available and have to cancel the reservation. Their staff always seems rude, and very unwelcoming. If there was another rental place in town I would try to go to them first. also the cars that we did receive ALWAYS have their service light on

Service was excellent. Quick, efficient, polite - helpful overview of features and on the road. Due to increased need for vehicles received 17% discount for early return. Full-size car did well on gas. Maybe not the most luxurious rental car I've gotten, but didn't need a lot of bells and whistles and it was comfortable for my 10+ hour trip.

Recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental Cars in Vincennes, IN and was very happy with the service I received from Frank and Monica. They both went far and above their service obligations to the Enterprise company. They went out of their way to see that I was satisfied with everything. I called to tell them I was bringing the vehicle in a couple of hours late expecting to be charged for another day rental and Monica not only did not charge me for the day she gave me until the office closed that day to return the vehicle. Also, Frank stayed forty minutes after hours to rent me the vehicle giving 110 %. I would recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone who is looking for excellent service.

I needed to rent a vehicle in an emergency situation. I live closer to the Vincennes office than any other. They were adamant I wait 3 hours and they would have one ready for me. I explained that my daughter was a high risk pregnancy patient. And the hospital had already taken her to Champaign via helicopter. I don't remember her name. However, she was rude, uncaring and unprofessional. I couldn't take my car because it was overheating. Needless to say that I made it with no help from Enterprise. And get this...I only needed the vehicle for a day. Just to be with my daughter in case she lost the baby. She has another appointment coming up in Champaign soon. It'd be professional and considerate of you to make sure you have a car available for her next appointment. As of now we don't know when that'll be. But I will let you know in plenty of time. Btw, I would never expect it. But a discount on the next rental car I get from you would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Tammy Hill

Went to pick up the car I had reserved, fortunately for me a friend was returning his rental because enterprise didn't have a car for me. They asked, (since they didn't have my car) if I would take the car my friend was returning. What choice do I have?!? Then, they said since you know this person, do you mind if we don't clean it. I asked if they would at least vacuum it out. So much for the enterprise pledge to sanitize your vehicle. Made it out of the rental facility and on my way for this vacation. My wife and I had been on the road a couple of days to discover we were going through toll booths, lots of them. Only 1 had a person to receive cash. (Apparently this is the new way of gathering tolls). The toll booths photo your car and send you a bill, unless you have an EZ pass. This concerned me, so I called Enterprise. The same guy that rented me the car said we could've gotten an EZ pass device from them for a $40 flat rate for the week. I explained that he never even asked us where we were going and I didn't know about that. He apologized and said that was his fault. He said he would talk with his manager and see what they could do. He did call back, only to tell me that they can't do anything. He explained that Enterprise will get billed for the tolls and then charge to my credit card on file, in probably 4-6 weeks these fees. Great! Thanks Enterprise for not having my car, not cleaning up the car you gave me, and failing to get me the device to travel through east coast tolls, great customer service. You are not the company you used to be!!!

Went through the process of reserving a luxury car in advance. Filled out all of the necessary information-drivers license, name, etc. Also gave my credit card number to reserve the car and get the fast pass. When I made the reservation the luxury car did not state unavailable nor did I receive any type of notification that this type of vehicle would be unavailable. When I went to pick up my rental I was told I could have my choice of a mini van, a Kia Soul, or a Toyota Tacoma. I did not know that any of these vehicles were considered to be in the Luxury class. I canceled and will now be waiting for the hold for funds to come off of my credit card.

We recently rented a 15 passenger van from Vincennes, Indiana. On our way back we got pulled over for having an EXPIRED license plate. Since FEBRUARY they were still letting people drive around with an expired license plate as if they didn’t care. We called them right away, and they said that they would take care of it right away, and that they were sorry. We call the sheriffs office to make sure they had paid for the ticket 2 WEEKS LATER. Low and behold, they still haven’t paid for the ticket. Very angry, because right now it looks like we might have to end up paying for the ticket.
