I do not have enough nice things to say about this facility. Starting with the managers Jon and Brenda, they were so friendly and helpful upon move in day and move out day. They went above and beyond to be courtious and helpful and made me feel almost like family. This is a very well maintained facility that is clean and pristine. The entry and exit gate was always in proper working order and kept closed. Management lives on-site at this facility so I felt even safer leaving my property locked up in my unit. This has by far been my best experience while using a storage facility, ever!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Patti was exceptionally helpful in getting a storage building set up for me, as well as the move-in truck. The unit was clean and has plenty of outside light for night time access. The move-in truck has plenty of space to carry a large load to the facility, and it drives easy as well. I’m glad we chose Lotta Space over the other storage facilities on the area.

I have rented budget trucks from this location twice, the first time the called me the day before and cancelled my rental which was a mess as it is hard to find a truck the day before you need one. The second time I reserved a truck 5 days earlier. I have someone drop me off to pickup the truck and wait 15 minutes for someone to open the locked door. Than they tell me they have no trucks. They were able to find me another truck, but I had to walk home and pay the associated costs with going to another location 40 miles away, I was told I would be compensated but budget refused and I am not going to go back to "lotta-space" and argue with them in hopes of maybe getting $20 back. Just a mess.
