Bought some snuff. Left the store and realized it’s the wrong kind. Went back and tried to get it swapped but they said it had already left the store and they couldn’t return it even though it was their fault it was wrong. So now I am out $20 because I have a product I will not use. I will never come back to this store.

This is my favorite RaceTrac. I go past the one by my house to go to this one every morning. The manager is so helpful and welcoming. Ask for Matt!

Third time I’ve tried getting gas after they use the “window service” but staff employees who look at you in the eye and ignore that you’re stranded without gas at 12:30 am an hour from home.. useless to stay open if your staff does this every weekend

this gas station is the worse!!! they are not 24/7. always has a sign on window. can’t even get an energy drink or breakfast for work! i do not recommend at ALL. get more employees!

Just arrived, and for the umpteenth time there is a sign on the door that says closed until 6am. It’s 5:30 am now. It happens a lot, especially later at night, more than any store I’ve ever seen. NOT a 24 hr store so call first or you might waste a trip.UPDATE- It is 6 days later, 10pm on Friday Nov 12 and yet ANOTHER trip wasted. Sign on door again closed until 6 am. If the owner of this store is aware of how often this happens then they should take the franchise away from them. Ridiculous

A good station to get gas and for quick snacks and food. They have a very friendly staff. I have always had a good experience when visiting the Race Track. It is one of our well established community convenience stores in the Oakwood area.

We had three busses not very full and they watched us pull up and locked the door in our faces. We just needed to go to the bathroom. That's horrible if you ask me. They unlocked it as soon as we all got back on the bus.
