My wife and I went to this Sonic sometime around 9:30pm Wednesday evening. She ordered a chicken sandwich and we both got a milkshake a piece. The milkshakes appeared to be nothing more then whip cream with a cherry on top and the chicken sandwich, I swear she pulled the so called chicken off the bread it couldn't have been more then an 1/8 of an inch thick mostly batter at best, barely covered the bread!!! If I hadn't been in such a hurry and drove home to eat. I would've demanded my money back. That was the worst excuse for a meal that I have ever seen. If you want chicken do yourself a big favor go next door to Chick-fil-a you'll be glad you did... We'll never go back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant

I used to love this place, sad to see that it’s gone down hill very quickly. After placing an online order and waiting almost 20min after placing our order (which I was fine with, I understand short staffing is a regular thing nowadays) when we finally got our food it was barely warm, as if it was sitting out since the moment I submitted my order. But the worst part? Both me and my partner got sandwiches with bacon on them. After the first few bites when we got into the bacon it tasted AWFUL. As in a couple days past the expiration date and left out for a couple days on top of that. I used to love sonic but sadly won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Absolutely awful experience, I normally love sonic but the workers here made this experience horrible. First they didn't answer us at the drive thru and the only stalls open were out of order they finally answered us when we pulled up to the window only to tell us to pay for our order, you know; the one we didn't place. They were extremely confused even after we explained the situation so they told us to order online which we did, went through the whole 9 yards of getting the app, making an account, put our order through and about 10 minutes later even though we already paid it just got dropped so I had to walk up to the window and explain all of this only to be rudely told I'm at fault for not finding the still working stall and ordering through that, despite apparently having made our food I had two employees arguing with me about how this was all my fault even though I had done nothing but follow their instructions that continued to change every time I pointed out a problem and then they had the nerve to get offended when I had simply asked for the food I had paid for. The worst part is that the food was sloppily thrown together and genuinely the worst sonic I've ever had. Tl;Dr I like Sonic but this location in specific is nothing short of unprofessional, rude, and sloppy. I will avoid it like the plague and I recommend you do the same.

Placed an order through the app, arrived and pulled into a stall to check in only to have the app say my check-in couldn't be processed. Mind you, I'd already paid through the app. Then I see a sign on the stall saying that due to being short-staffed they are only taking drive thru orders. Sure, I get it. I'll go hop in the drive thru line that's a mile long and wait. As I'm sitting in the drive thru line I noticed my order disappeared from the app. Weird, but I have the receipt in an email either way. Finally made it to the speaker and let them know I had a mobile order. They asked for the name and I told them. They didn't say anything after that. After waiting and trying to get their attention through the speaker I finally just decided to pull around. After waiting another 10-15 minutes I finally made it to the window and am handed my drink. Okay, cool, they got my order. After a couple more minutes, the guy at the window comes back to tell me they can't make my order because they can't make a double cheeseburger. Umm, really? He then gave me a number to call to have my money refunded because I paid through the app. I called and finally after another 15 minutes, my money will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Neat. So, here I am a full hour after my order was scheduled to be picked up, leaving this review. I'm fine with letting them keep 1 star because I got to keep the drink at least. Otherwise, they'd deserve zero stars. Very annoying.

Only car in the drive thru and I’ve been waiting 30 mins for a kids meal with chicken tenders! $8 for a kids meal btw! No apology or trying to make it right. There’s hardly any sonic’s left and this one needs to go to apparently! Ended up leaving and getting a refund.

Very disappointed with this Sonic. Went on a Saturday night to get ice cream and the girl told me nobody can get ice cream there after 9pm. I asked her if the machine was tore up and she said no that they shut it off at 9pm so they can clean. That was 3 hours before closing time tonight. That’s ridiculous. I think they are just doing this so they can leave early. Other places clean at closing time and after closing. Next time I’ll just go to Dairy Queen.You can get ice cream there until closing time.

Waited at a stall for 5 minutes just to be told it was drive thru only despite cars being in the bays and no signage anywhere. Ordered through the app and had trouble picking it up, so I went through the drive thru. Before I even said anything, I was told they were "unable to do ice cream at the moment." I had already ordered a slush float on the app, so I was worried it would not get made and I would have to order something else at the window. When I got to the window, I was given, to my surprise, the slush float that I ordered (slush with ICE CREAM on top) even though the ice cream machine was "not working". I did not mention anything to the red haired man with braces, but it sure seemed like he only said they couldn't do ice cream because they didn't want to, not because of any real mechanical issues. It's not even like they were entirely busy. It was 9pm on a Wednesday night and there were 4 cars in line. I can't imagine how many people have come to this Sonic and not ordered anything because the ice cream was supposedly "down" even though employees just didn't want to make it. It's really quite unacceptable that employees are allowed to lie straight to customers' faces all because they don't feel like making ice cream.

Went tonight for dinner. I worked at a Sonic when I was in my teens so I'm familiar with the menu and preparation. None of my food tasted fresh, the bacon on my burger was old and there was tons of small pieces which means it was the leftovers in the warning tray, the patty on my burger was also not fresh and dry, tasted as it was from a warming tray. There's a handwritten sign on the order window apologizing for the delay in service because of a broken A/C unit so I understand waiting but someone needs to fix the unit so these kids can give it quality food. Not impressed at all with the food but the kid at the window was nice.

We are very disappointed with this Sonic. The last 2 nights we were there we couldn’t get the Grilled Cheese Burger because they said they were cleaning the grill. The first night it was an hour before closing and tonight was 2 hours before closing. I thought they were supposed to wait until closing time to clean the grill. We also were told we couldn’t get any ice cream.We don’t know why we couldn’t get it. We couldn’t get but 2 sweet teas and we wanted 3. They said they didn’t have enough for 3. We waited in line 30 minutes and couldn’t get anything we wanted. It looks to us like they need some adult supervision. We asked the guy that said he was the manager if we could get the slushy float with whipped cream instead of ice cream since we were told they didn’t have ice cream. He said no we couldn’t do that. This is ridiculous. If we can’t get what’s on the menu we will just go somewhere else.

I'm giving it a 4 star simply because Edwin tried to fix the problem and the food was hot and good. I arrived at Sonic at 12:04 on a Sunday and it was a little busy in the drive thru so I pulled into a stall. I ordered pretty quickly the girl on the speaker was very friendly also. I paid with my card and all seemed fine. I waited about 10 minutes before I pushed the button to see why it was taking a while. When I pushed the button before they could answer Edwin had delivered another order and saw me not looking to happy so he stopped to see if I needed something. He apologized a few times went to get my food. He was the only one I saw out running around and you could tell he was really trying to fix whatever was going on inside. When my food did arrive it was hot and fresh and Edwin delivered it and apologized again. I am ok with places sometimes taking some time and I even understand sometimes don't go as planned. I was happy in the end with the food and service. If it hadn't have taken so long it would have actually been 5 stars because it was a clean place on the outside, service was pretty good once they realized something was wrong and food like I said was hot and fresh, probably hotter and better than most of the sonics in the past that I have eaten at. Yes I ate some before taking the picture. I was hungry
