Went to this location and rented a 20 inch uhaul truck. Went right in town to Folkston and maybe 18 miles out and back. Returned uhaul the next day to be told i had driven and would be charged for 265 miles. I know for a fact and would put my right hand on the Bible that i never went 265 miles. Phone calls were made and bill was cut in half but still over what my actual bill should have been. Then I tried to make payment and was told my card couldn't be processed when I had no trouble anywhere throughout the day with my card. I have no idea why the mileage did not add up, or what electrical issues were going on but I will not return to this location and don't recommend. Check in and check out process easy and customer service was alright, but not a good experience overall. Never went through anything like this.
