Does this Oreo dirt pie look like chocolate to you? When I went back through the drive thru the manager acted rude. When I told her that I received the blizzard as vanilla instead of chocolate she said "no sir no sir, it is always vanilla". And when I said that the picture on the menu shows it being chocolate she said "no sir no sir we add chocolate syrup". (Also the little bit of brown is chocolate syrup that I added afterwards) I didn't want to argue so I brought up my second issue which was that I asked for brownie to be in the blizzard. She said "no sir brownie does not come in that blizzard". I had to show her my receipt where they gave me an 80¢ upcharge on the blizzard for brownie. She then took my blizzard and took brownie bits and shoved them back into my soupy blizzard. I will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen.

They never have chocolate ice cream, don’t do cones. Their water isn’t filtered so the Misty’s taste like sewer water.

This particular dairy queen was horrible. Hilliard FL. The service was good and the dining room was clean but the food was horrible. I hadn't eaten in 12 hours due to flight delays, so to say I was hungry is an understatement. I couldn't even eat my double cheese burger. It was the worst tasting burger I've ever had. Not sure if the cheese was bad or what, but I only took two bites. The small oreo blizzard with extra oreos I got only had one oreo in it. C'mon, man!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. this place is very unprofessional. Asked to speak with management and got 2 very rude people. I asked for a name of whom I was speaking, got hung up on. I know losing my service won't matter to them but when you work with people, you should have some kind of training. Won't be back. Seems like its always something here.

The peanut butter Sunday was delicious. The fries were great & customer service was on point. The KC BBQ burger could've had better bacon but overall the visit was fantastic.
