Sam's Club has a great selection. Maybe not as good as other stores like it, but it is very convenient. I appreciate how they continue to stay up to date with the product and the store environment. The new walk in freezer for milk, eggs, produce & more is a good addition.

Came to this store on 8/21/22 purchased a chuck roast. Cooked the roast all day. Upon finishing the roast and cutting into it found tape worm eggs. Brought the meat back to the store the following day 8/22/22. The person at the customer service desk was absolutely horrified, I was also..... after the supervisor came over she did not want see it. And was rather rude. I did get a refund and don't really know what else to expect but come on TAPEWORMS!!....

The store is fine overall, but the cafe workers, the blonde, was very slow and didn't get my order right. I told her we ordered a different frosty and then she lied to my face and said they didn't have what I ordered. She couldn't tell me they were out before I waisted my money? I won't be getting anything from there anymore.

Mostly friendly staff, the meat guy Dan is awesome to talk to and knows his stuff. Check it out, good stuff here, They had an excellent sale on lamb, would have been a 5 star rating if the grumpy person checking your receipt was nice. Oh well at least most employees were nice and helpful. Store was clean. Restroom was clean. Found most of everything I was looking for. Not sure what happened to the iced tea. Maybe it's considered seasonal. Check out was fast..

I really like the app. Being able to pay in the app and skip the checkout is really nice. There are a lot of great deals on bulk items, but compare unit prices to "regular" stores: Not everything is cheaper in bulk

First time at a Sam's Club store...though I've been to Costco many times. Costco seems cleaner and nicer, though the selection of SOME items was better at Sam's Club. Overall, I'd shop here except it's about a half-hour drive from my home, whereas Costco is 5 minutes away.

Clean store filled with friendly and helpful associates. It's hard to believe they are owned by the same people as Walmart. BYOB! Sam's doesn't have or use plastic bags for shopping. Slightly disappointed there isn't a bike rack outside but thankful for the many security cameras monitoring the exterior.

Saves time and more in bulk of variety foods and affordable too. Staff is ready to help locate items. Awesome customer service. I recommend family and friends to shop at Sam's Club.
