Gerber employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The body work they did was amazing. This is not my first time getting work done. I have never had an issue after my repair. They even offered to fix a couple areas of paint repair for a great price done they were going to do some things in that area anyways. It all worked out great!!!

Had an appointment for 4pm for an estimate. When my wife arrived early for the appointment she had to reschedule because the guy that does estimates had left for the day. Despite the failure to call us to reschedule our appointment the do good work. Our Equinox was completed in a timely matter.

My 18yo daughter was in an accident in GR and we had no idea where to take the car as we had just moved to Holland in May 2019. The very helpful tow truck driver suggested Gerber Collision. I spoke with Kelly from Gerber while the car was being loaded on the tow truck. Kelly understood my concerns with being new to the area and promised to take care of my daughters car. Kelly went above and beyond with keeping me in the loop of the mounting damages found and dealt with my insurance company. Dawn was awesome in providing update texts twice a week. The car was completed a day early which made for a happy 18yo. Kelly and crew treated this as if it was their daughters car and I felt completely confident that the car would be returned in not only the same condition it was prior but probably better. I would highly recommend Gerber for their customer service, business practices, honest repairs and vehicle knowledge.

Absolutely would recommend Kelly, Dawn and their team. Kelly has gone above and beyond for me and my car. I can honestly say that I would go back to them if I ever needed too. Kelly is everything that you would want in a body shop general manager!! Highly recommend!! I live in Allendale and for them to bring my car back and forth from Allendale to Holland is wonderful customer service. Dawn would give me updates everytime I would call. They are wonderful people!!

Best customer service I have ever had. Never felt rushed, they explained everything, any concern or issue I had was answered and taken car of in a timely manner. They accommodate your schedule and get you in when it works for you. You'll never have to wonder when your car will be done because your updated every step of the way. I can't say enough about their customer service. They are very polite and professional. My car looks like it never got into an accident. I wouldn't go anywhere else because they are the best!
