Came to this store on 8/21/22 purchased a chuck roast. Cooked the roast all day. Upon finishing the roast and cutting into it found tape worm eggs. Brought the meat back to the store the following day 8/22/22. The person at the customer service desk was absolutely horrified, I was also..... after the supervisor came over she did not want see it. And was rather rude. I did get a refund and don't really know what else to expect but come on TAPEWORMS!!.... ~jim

This is the kind of gathering place many churches would benefit from. The product is good, but what "makes it" is the ability to have people come together and talk, or as its said in churches, fellowship together. ~Mike

Had it in numerous occasions that they violate the Michigan bottom deposit law by refusing to take back empties that they sell. Had another instance where I was just returning three 2 liters I was told they're not rinsed out they have to be in a bag and that they only take returns between 10 and 6:00. So after arguing with the clerk about it for a couple minutes I decided it wasn't my worth my time and left the pop there that I was going to buy and went somewhere else so apparently they don't want my business. This is not the first time that it's happened either. ~Vince

I want to thank the great staff here, who always do their best and deliver great customer service. I live on the outskirts of Holland and can't travel often due to my disability. Steve was nice enough during a rush, dealing with call-ins to answer my stock questions while on his lunch. When I've been there, the store is clean and the aisles are clutter free and easy to navigate. Each booth is responsibly upkept. I also want to thank the female assistant manager for her service, I apologize for forgetting your name. I was in with my mother-in-law and we admired your new tattoos! Great place to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended. Handicap friendly, though the new building leaves a bit to be desired with parking. That can't be helped or blamed by the Estate Sales Warehouse, but I thought it bore mentioning since they had sizable parking accommodations before. Gerber employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The body work they did was amazing. This is not my first time getting work done. I have never had an issue after my repair. They even offered to fix a couple areas of paint repair for a great price done they were going to do some things in that area anyways. It all worked out great!!! ~Richard

I brought in my 2010 Mercedes to have some minor scratch repair done. Gerber replaced both bumpers and went above and beyond to make sure the paint match was flawless. I am impressed by the craftsmanship of the work as I cannot tell a difference between the factory paint job and Gerber’s. Absolutely amazing work. Their communication was also fabulous. Nice and clean on the inside, a huge variety to select from as far as cold sandwiches, slices of pie, cheese as well as the usual truck stop drinks and amenities. Parking lot is a little trashy but what can you say. Shares a parking lot with a truck wash, a repair shop, Subway , has a scale and the restaurant on property is no longer in business , there is a truck dealership and has quite a few cement barriers so if you're not familiar with the parking lot don't come barreling in here, use some caution. If you don't like this place there is also a pilot a half a block away ~Lisa

While at Autozone across the street, I noted on their sign "Speakers not working in your car or boat? We can fix that" The front speakers did not work in my Silverado (common issue). I called and got a quote. For the cost of the speakers and the needed components, their price was very reasonable. Installed in a couple of hours - no fuss, no muss - I highly recommend this if you wish to have better sound in your car or boat - Thanks to Rick and Tom BTW - also for the first time since owning my truck I can now hear the warning that the keys were left in the ignition... ~Ken
