What's the point of scan and go if I have to get in line every single time? I came here under the expectation that I could quickly scan my items and get out, but then had to wait an extra hour and a half in line anyways. There's no space for lines and it's pure chaos at checkout to even figure out where to stand. You'll end up standing in an aisle and having to move for people who want to shop. I had somebody cut in front of my while made room for a shopper to grab items and this was not a pleasant experience. I'll be cancelling my membership and I recommend you avoid this place as well, it's not worth it. My suggestion to Sam's: empower your cart counters to verify new credit cards with their handhelds. You'll see an immediate boost in customer satisfaction. Let me know when you do this and I'll consider re subscribing.

I got rid of my membership 5 years ago because every time I went in the lines were huge and there's only 1 or 2 people at your register and i got a membership at Costco but I had a hard time getting to 8 mile and 275 I've so I spent the last 5 years traveling But I would rather travel than stand in line for 45 minutes my wife finally talked me into getting a membership again and I walked in today and of course 60' lines I know cause I measured and walked back out now I'm going to B j's to get all my stuff, They have lost thousands of dollars from me just because of long lines. 2 pm At bj's there's 4 lanes open no wait it's a amazing the difference and it makes me so happy and feel warm and fuzzy inside. Can you imagine being a company and losing $371 every 2 weeks because you can't hire a couple extra cashiers and that's from only one person.

Not too busy for a Sunday. No wait to get in. Store looks ransacked with very minimal stock. Refrigerator foods were. Frozen goods were low on stock, shelves were low on stock. Not sure why they don't clean this store up. The tables that clothes were on was just totally in disarray. Staff was nice and very helpful. They had no rotisserie chicken the last 3 times I was there.

The least they can do is call u and tell u they r not bringing ur order out for curbside pick up Instead of making u wait outside for 30 mins Excuse was There is lightning outside When I went inside the employee I told them I have back issues I still had to grab curbside pickup order myself even inside store Save ur time Go to BJ's. Warehouse Better prices Better customer service Not renewing my membership After being member for 10 years

I’ve updated this review to five stars based on the scan and go app. If you have a phone that can scan, The app is absolutely amazing. No more waiting in line ever. I wish every store had this! Except for being busy and out of a few items it’s pretty good

Problems with literally every single pickup up. Items missing. Getting Other peoples orders (and then theirs obviously missing items). Tonight didn't text until right before they closed. Call customer service number of store? Rings for 2 min before disconnecting. Absolutely the worst Sam's club location I've tried and they could care less. Join Sam's Club - where you literally pay to have horrible customer service.

Wow my best cheap wholesale products. Warm and helpful staff. Well stocked of all types of products. Fast checkouts. There are retails too with very reasonable and affordable prices. I visit often.

Shopping at this location is always good. However, today the lady, name Linda, who scanned my receipt as I was leaving was extremely rude. I had three items in my cart. She scanned my receipt and saw the three item and scanned one of the items. I started moving my cart afterwards while asking her how was her day. She put her foot under my cart and said it would be good if you didn't run over my feet. I said you see I have three items. She held my buggy and said I need to scan all three. I said I've been to Sam's club multiple times and no one has ever scanned every item. I understand it's a worker shortage but please put your rude employees in the back or on stock.

Great for large families. As a single person, most items are packed too large for my consumption in a reasonable time before expiration dates. Do appreciate lower gasoline prices though.
