Excellent help here and a brand new phone. Our trade in made all of it worthwhile but we wouldn't have known about this had the woman assisting us not told us. Don't waste your time going into the store. The person I talked to didn't have anything on display, said it got stolen, and was looking everything up on the website. I can do that! What ever happened to customer service and product knowledge? It was a waste of time. I ordered it myself online and that was way faster and easier.

My wife and I went in a few days ago to purchase 2 new phones to replace our current phones with AT&T. As we were going through the finalization process, we were asked what phone number we would want for the new line. That caught us off guard and we stated we didn't want a new line. The manager made clear that with our unlimited plan, 4 lines would cost less than 3 because of a lower per unit cost. I asked for a new bid that only had 3 lines. That bid was, indeed, higher but, upon inspection the higher cost was because of other add-ins. Not just once, but over and over again he insisted that 4 lines cost less than 3. As I was reading through the contract, I noted that he had put a $17 per phone monthly insurance charge on each phone. When I asked about that, he said that the store was required to add this charge. If we didn't want the insurance, we could call customer service and cancel it. Reading on through the contract, he had replaced the Galaxy S22 which I wanted with a Galaxy S22 Ultra which cost $400 more. Both my phone and my wife's phone had to be ordered because they weren't in stock so if I signed the contract without reading it, I would have ended up with a phone I didn't want. That got fixed and we were back to 3 lines. Next I was going through the contract and the total with tax was going to be over $400 per month vs. my current $155; both new phones were essentially free with trade-in promotions. When I asked about that, I was told that wouldn't be our actual bill. At that point I stated that we were leaving and that we would order online. The last gasp effort on their part was to tell me we had to complete the contract because they couldn't cancel it in their computer. We could then ask for a refund. My wife and I walked out and bought phones elsewhere. If all AT&T stores were like this one, I would choose another carrier. The manager of this store is seriously unethical. I note that I am not the first reviewer to report on fraud at this store.

Went to trade in my phone. My S5 galaxy active. I was going to get the S22 that the tv add shows. They of course we're out of phones. Now I'm waiting for back ordered phones. I also found out from my son, who traded his phone that they have to inspect your phone before you get the $800 back. The tv add saus Any galaxy, any condition! Just another lie from corporate business to us the consumer. Watch out doing business with AT&T you will get taken advantage of!

I went in to receive help to transfer my old phone data to my new phone. Rocky was amazing and so helpful & patient with the service he provided. I had spent too much time home trying to troubleshoot the transfer issues, but the old/new phones wouldn't connect. Decided to go in to get help and Rocky was the hero of the day and now my new phone is up and running perfectly! Thank you Rocky!!

I had problems with this store before but this time Amber did a great job politely to take care of transferring my work phone to a new phone. Easiest transaction getting a new phone. She did great.

EDIT: I THOUGHT it was a good experience until I realized that Tyler had in fact committed fraud and theft. He added two random numbers to my plan without telling me and also did NOT register the phone that I turned in for my new one. I have been paying for my old phone (that was ALREADY PAID OFF, you CANNOT trade a phone you haven’t paid off) and paying for my new phone which was already PAID FOR as well at the moment of the exchange. We have gone to corporate stores nearby and they mentioned that they always receive complaints from that store. BE WARNED, do NOT do your business here. The store rep (Tyler) was very helpful and kind! We didn’t have to wait at all and when he was helping us with our concern he was very informative and patient. Left with a new phone and I wasn’t even the one going in for a question!

Tyler is the only good part of this store. He was an excellent help to me! Efficient, knowledgeable and patient. This was very welcome specially after the other employee literally ignored me and helped the people who came in AFTER me. Then proceeded to have a 45 minute unrelated conversation with these people while others were waiting.

The staff at this location is very conscience of their customers safety. There's hand sanitizers at every table. The employees are wearing masks. They're greeting you at the door and coming outside and questioning what you need done before you even enter the store. I was very impressed and happy that they were taking all precautions for themselves and the customer's. My problem was solved fixed my phone I also had a watch they synced it sent it with my phone everything was taken care of quickly I was so very happy great job there
