This store doesn’t accept returns and that’s by the manager of the store Eli who asked me to go to the other store very disappointed of Walmart customer service at this location.

I like this location during night 🌙 time. Not crowded, all store for you and only couple or customers. All type or veggies, fruits, liquor, food and so many things inside this location. Staff inside the store are not that customer satisfaction oriented, they seem to be working to refill everything and if a customer is nearby, they don't prioritize customers. Big parking spaces and no waiting lines at all. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Visited this store to return a few toys but the customer service refuses to take those back and mentioned that they don't sell any toys. In contrast as soon as you enter this store you will see 5-6 shelf racked up with toys.

This place is never fully stocked basic items not available. And the cashier lady triple scanned my eggs $14.92 ( for the 60 eggs count ), but only took one mistake off. I pay $30 for one 60 egg count ridiculous.

Eli needs to be retrained, i have an Amex prepaid card that has a limit of $760.00 at an atm, Amex customer service gave me the option through the app to be able to do cash pick up via Ria, ive always done this for the past 7years without a problem. Eli manager at this location said i was unable to do it because its from myself (obviously thats why im here because my app gives me the option to pick up my own money from a local walmart aslong as i have proof of ID) i asked her what policy is that? She directed me to walmarts website where it does not state anything against it, Eli kept mentioning moneygram mind you ive never mentioned moneygram, I clearly explained why my app from Amex Serve allows me to do that. The following clearly states nowhere that i an not allowed to pick up my own money with proper identification. (Now i have to go out of my way and try to gather my own money to be able to make an emergency payment) due to the lack of knowledge this Eli manager has. A "money transfer" is defined as the transmission of funds to a designated recipient, pursuant to payment terms entered directly by you into the American Express Serve Mobile app or website. A "recipient" is defined as the individual designated by you as the receiver of the money transfer, who is acceptable to us, and who receives the money transfer at a designated paying agent location. A "paying agent" is defined as an entity, appointed by us, to pay out money transfer transactions at the destination identified in your payment.

I love going to the neighborhood Walmart every employee in the store are very nice, friendly, helpful every time I go there you guys are well stock. I just love ❤️ it

[UPDATE] When the signs in the restroom say the employees must wash hands in warm water using soap, both soap dispensers are empty... So, what do you expect from their customers during this pandemic? 9/25/2020 ——————— It has been pretty good in terms of grocery shopping 🛒 since I started shopping here (about 2 years), but the one thing dreadful that I noticed was their check out system. They had the self-checkout lanes as well as the lanes where cashiers were actually scanning your groceries. I was and am still self checking out my groceries like many. But their system was either too old or simply plagued with glitches and bugs that made me annoyed quite a bit. Particularly the slow responses in these touch screen... Ugh 😑 And then they remodeled the checkout area by upgrading with the new shiny scanning machines. Also all the lanes with the cashiers are gone, which weren’t always present at those available lanes to begin with before the remodeling anyway. Now it’s fast, like other Walmart locations (the one at the 190th and Normandy comes to mind. Of course that one is a superstore though, not a neighbor market, so I understand the difference in traffic volume) that already have had the similar setups for a while. Self-checkout isn’t an annoyance any longer here. 👍

Solidly the best deals on groceries in the area. Super well-organized and the produce was extremely fresh. All the employees seem to be in good moods and we're saying hi and offering assistance. Even during the holidays I felt like they were offering exceptional service.
