This is the worst place I ever been to, they left my nails chunky and it was expensive. I would rate this -10 if i could. Even press ons at the dollar store are better.

RUN!!!!!!!Do not waste your time & $$!!!!!! Wish I could give -10 stars!! This was the worst pedicure experience ever!! They only have 2 prices for pedicures $50 & &60 and no explanation for the difference in price. They don’t use liners for the pedicure bowls,ewwww! That’s just nasty!!! It’s 2022!! The man that did my pedicure was rushed & had a bad cough! Glad he halfway had on a mask! The polish I asked for was streaked and clumpy! When I asked to change polish, he got an attitude!Then…….he burned my toe with the drill and when I jumped he said you hurt me!!!!!! Nah, you hurt me!!!! New polish was just as bad, lumpy and clumpy!! I will never, let me repeat NEVER ever go back to this place. Needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service: Pedicure

If I can give them 0 stars I would.. The owner was very rude and abusive verbally and physically. His wife started to do my nails then a client got in so she left me waiting and her husband decided to finish her work. He started massaging and holding my hand in a very uncomfortable way. When I told him that I’m not feeling comfortable and want his wife to do my nails he got mad and started yelling for no reason. I was patient enough to let him finish my nails but the final look was awful and he completely ruined the shape of my nails. When I complained about it he said that I didn’t wanna pay and I should’ve paid ahead and wanted to call security which I didn’t mind at all but he never called them! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I’m wondering how they’re still in business 🤦🏻♀️ PS. I paid the price in full. Service: Dip powder

What I paid for my nails was RIP OFF, i asked how much was a couple months ago for just getting gel she told me $18 dollars. I went in with out asking how much it cost and at the end I had to pay 32 dollars and when I asked her if she had a paper where I could see the prices she said she did not have any, which is a lie because all nail places have something where the price is listed. she was rushing through everything because she had another client, plus she was not nice. POOR SERVICE

I have lived in NC for 15 years and have never found a nail salon w a staff like this one! Four separate ppl worked with me and they each did a magnificent job! I can't wait to return!! Shelby, John, Cham, and Tammy are amazing!!! Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I've been coming here for over 2 years and there has been a lot of changes. However, I still get the same quality of service. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure comes out to about $65 which isn't too bad. I get my service done from Charm and she's amazing. She doesn't go acrylics so I get those done with Shelby. I would definitely make an appointment because it's a hit or miss when they are busy. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I’ve been going to Sonny and Tammy, the new owners, for many years when they were at NT Nails. They are wonderful, caring, very capable people. I am a diabetic. They’ve always treated my feet with the upmost care. Highly recommend them.

Great service! Was seated right away, my nails were done in a timely manner. Also got my eyebrows waxed & they look fabulous, i was even given cream for the redness. When i left the store i noticed i had messed my thumb nail polish up and she quickly redone it for me! Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars it was such a scaring experience. Upon arrival the fill in was priced at 15 dollars I was informed it was a 5 dollar upcharge for pointed nails I agreed to pay the 20. The man in charge of doing my nails was very aggressive and scalded my nail. When I reacted he got mad at me and told me it was a vibration and I was over reacting. Even though my nail felt as if I dipped it in hot lava. He man handled my hands. And treated me poorly thru the service. He broke off one of the nails and re did it. And later charged an extra 3 dollars without prior concent. They will nickel and dime you to death and do a rather crappy job. Their selection of acrylic polish is rather poor half of the polishes you can buy yourself at a corner store. Spare your wallets and go elseware. You have been warned. I don't want anyone else to be abused as I was in this shop.
