T did my Mani and Pedi. She took her time and didn't rush to make sure my nails were perfect. She does a great job. The salon is very friendly. Their prices are affordable. Would recommend this salon among most others in the surrounding area. I've been to most in Smithfield, Clayton, Garner, Dunn and Star nails is the best.

My name is gloria holder I had an appointment at 3 rush to be on time when I got there Cindy was working on a client I waited about 15 minutes she runs water for me then left me soaking for 45 minutes when she finally started on my feet I asked her about my appointment time we were talking then the manager jumped into the conversation she told me if I didn’t like the service I should leave this manager didn’t know how to talk to a customer maybe because I am black I know she is not from here but she need some major customer service help I want be going there again

Went in happy and left feeling miserable. I made an appointment to soak off my sns manicure and apply a new set. They had me sitting by myself soaking my hands in a bowl for an hour and 15 min while they helped many other people that came after me with no appointment. I have had sns before and never was so disrespected for no apparent reason. I am disgusted with this salon and most certainly will not be coming back!

I went in to get a pedi and nails painted.. First of all they have no prices posted and b/c I'm not the type to get my nails done I was clueless so ming ling and wing decided they would talk about us in their laugage.and precede to make fun of the questions I was asking.... So I suggest you ask questions if anyone decides to go here other wise they will make them up as they go .however I will never go back there . they charged $55.00 for a pedi and polish which I didn't know she was using gel which I asked what was the difference and all they told me was 50.00 for Acrylic and 25 for regular really shot I got white polish at home 😠😠😠😠😠😠

The lady who ask can she what you need complained I was too picky and lied and said I complain all the time. Lies, this was my first complaint and she said I can't do your nails after when I sat down and walked off. I will never patronize this business because of her rude behavior and lies about me complaining.

Horrible i git a fill in and within a day or so two nails chipped and i went back. They were horrible.They didnt fix it so i went some place else and they said it wasnt good job. I had to get a refiill and spent money all over again 😡

Pedicure quality was good, however Technician talked nonstop to her coworkers in Vietnamese. very distracting and rude. Apologized for English not being very good. Perhaps if Staff, including owner spoke English they would get better. Service: Pedicures

This was one of the worst Gel Manicures I've ever gotten. I tried this location because it was convenient. Honestly, It was very clean, the chairs were comfy, But the quality of the Manicure was very poor. I could see through the paint, there weren't enough coats. The paint also bubbled on almost every nail. Typically a gel Manicure lasts 2 weeks, most places guarantee that. This Manicure hasn't lasted 1 week before it started chipping. Most places also give you a short hand massage with lotions, and sometimes hot stones if you ask for a Manicure, not just paint.. They didn't even file my nails.. it was 35$ I couldn't talk with my tech at all, I tried to talk to her and tell her I was getting engaged this weekend and I really wanted a full pamper treatment, she just sort of ignored me and kept working. While my nails were in the light drying, another technician came and jerked the light off my hands and argued with my technician. She could have easily messed up my wet nails and wasn't the least bit apologetic. It was wild. I will not be returning to this location 😒 Services: Gel manicures, Manicures
