I was there getting my husband's old Galaxy 3 phone downloaded into the new phone he received from AT&T. Andrew was professional, friendly and very patient. He understood how this process might be overwhelming for senior citizens. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel like a valued customer. He provided additional information of the other services available through AT&T. A girlfriend told me that I would have to struggle through and do everything that Andrew did on my own. I was glad that I believed that AT&T would be available to help, and fortunately I was right. I have been coming to this location for many years. Somehow today seemed even a better store than in the past. It's under new management and it's GREAT! Thanks AT&T on Atlantic in Long Beach.

I turned in a phone for a trade in on June 5th. ATT has no record of my trade in being returned. I tried to call the store for over a week to get a confirmation about my trade in. I was told I had to talk to the manager Lupe. She will not call me. I left many messages on the voicemail and with Lorenzo and Marlin asking her to call me. Never received a call. Went to the store on July 3 ask for paperwork regarding the trade in but got nothing. All Marlin could say was I don't know. Supposedly Lupe on off that day. Ask for her to Call me. Still no call. I need to find the phone in order to get the $700 trade in credit. No one will help me. Worst customer service ever.

Went in to purchase a iPhone and was told they didn’t want to pull out the phones because people steal them. Then tried to give me someone else’s personal phone who knows if it’s been clean or sterilized or if they have Covid. After being treated so poorly I’ll be taking my business to another store.

The two At&t employees went above the call of duty to help me out on numerous occasions with professionalism, knowledgeable of the product and a willingness to solve issues. I am very grateful and thankful that I am a customer of At&t because of those employees

Crystal was amazing! She deserves a raise!! Went in to start my own account while keeping my same number and to get a new phone. While it did take longer than all of us thought it was going to, Crystal had everything under control. Any bump in the road was handled wonderfully and professionally. Left very satisfied. Only suggestion would be for the higher-ups to make sure that their employees are working with the best equipment possible. Most, if not all, the hiccups were due to equipment being slow or not connecting to the internet properly. This store has really great workers, but they can only work as fast as a page can load. If a customer wants good service, this is a solid choice.

Came in there to do some business getting a new phone and transferring service to other phone and Matt and Crystal were amazing to work with. They did everything I asked in a quick and courteous manner and showed me ways to save money on my account while maximizing the efficiency and speed. I recommend the store to anyone who needs a great AT&T products.
