Waited over 30 minutes just to pay my phone bill. A couple was having issues with their phone, and the rep apparently could not multitask. The four people in the store sat in absolute silence while she “tried” to figure things out. I was left to wait while the rep called for help. She couldn’t give up 5 minutes to help? I came in at 6pm and left at 6:45pm :/ The store was poorly staffed, having only one person. And to top it all off she was not at all discreet about my personal information, saying account details loudly enough for the entire store to hear. Nice that I got helped eventually, but not horrible that it took 45 minutes for a task that takes less than 5 minutes.

SHADYYYY. They added a tablet to my account without my authorization and someone even signed for it. Luckily the FRAUD department noticed the different signatures and was able to remove it from my account. Thanks guys. Will never ever do business there again. EVER
