We were looking for a new place to take our vehicles to after constantly getting the run-around at the larger dealerships.... and poor service. A friend recommended us to check out Russell's and we were very pleased. They were honest and professional and finished the job in the specified time frame. Would highly recommend!

Brought a vehicle there to have a rack and pinion installed on my spare vehicle so I told them no rush. The vehicle sat in their lot for two weeks before they even touched it....then after they killed the battery they refused to do anymore work on the vehicle until I either purchased a battery from them or came to their shop and put one in it myself. I thought they were joking. After waiting a couple weeks without hearing anything from them I proceeded to call and check on the status of the vehicle. They proceeded to tell me they ordered the parts but would not touch the vehicle until I dealt with the battery that they had killed. Mind you I did drive this vehicle there and the battery was fine till it was drained and left in fridged temperatures. After all this I decided to have it towed to another shop where the workers are not to lazy to put a jumper pack on a vehicle to get it in their shop. I will never do business with this place again and would not recommend anyone to this place.

I’ve reached out to this Russ twice. I had my wife’s alignment done on a Toyota Highlander and they said on the receipt camber wasn’t adjustable but I called Toyota and they said it is adjustable. Also they didn’t rezero the steering with the scan tool as the service procedure said. So then the service all wheel drive light came on the way home from the repair when she drove home. Since they didn’t rezero the steering as per the service procedure. I’ve caught them lying multiple times now. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. How can you trust this place. I think the other reviewers are bogus. I actually got the alignment procedure from Toyota and the camber is adjustable. They dealer emailed it to me along with the scan tool procedure Randy is the person I spoke with and he is the one who has been lying the entire time. Below is a pic of the codes set after the alignment. I also asked for a printout of before and after specs for the alignment which Russ said they could do. But then when they finished they didn’t have the print off for the after results. So I have no idea what they actually did.

Best place in town for an honest mechanic. Russell is knowledgeable, competent, and considerate. I won't trust just anyone with my vehicles. He's been my mechanic for longer than he has owned his own garage.

I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they have done for my family and I. Just got my Cadillac DeVille back in tip top shape! Russ always explains everything in a clear and concise manner and goes above and beyond to help me out. I picked my car up at 8pm after they stayed late to make sure I could use my vehicle for work in the morning. I will be a customer for all my automotive needs and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Russ and John for being my number 1 mechanics shop!

Russell has been very helpful to me this past year while I've been having issues with my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I'm not the most financially steady person & yet Russell has still been able to get my repairs done at a price that is extremely fair and do'able. Russell is also probably the nicest mechanic I have ever been to & he has gained a lifelong customer with me for those reasons. Thank you again Russell!

Russ has been our mechanic of choice for many years, and well before he opened his own shop. Repairs always done right. Fair pricing, and great personal service. He's also a local fire department volunteer, which speaks to his character. In my 30 plus years in the auto industry, he's the best I've seen!

Rear Brakes told them to do all the brakes as the lines were rotted & breaking, well they did do the rear lines, drums, wheel cylinders and spring kits but the professional assumed that they need not listen to the customer and left the rest un-touched. Well thanks for nothing as the main feed to the rear brakes blew out leaving me with about 5% braking power. Lucky for them and me the failure happened in my driveway or I'm positive that someone would have been seriously injured or killed as at 5% braking power it wasn't stopping. Was told I could bring it back in and they'd make it right but it could run up to $1000 or more plus the $165 to haul it there, and address the issue. B.S. $65 bucks that included buying a flaring kit @ $30 and a couple of days of my time messing around in my garage. Oh and to get the back brakes done took about a week for them to do it. Sorry Russ Your a nice guy and all, but this type of service is unacceptable not to mention damn dangerous. From here on in I'll do the work myself then I know it's done correctly and at a fraction of the cost. It was my bad as I was in a hurry and needed to have transportation ASAP or I would have done it myself the first time. WON'T BE BRINGING ANY VEHICLES THAT WAY AGAIN. To expensive and under skilled workmanship.
