Had part in hand that I needed replacing. They gave me the part number. I ordered the part. Wrong part. Come back with 2 part numbers that will work. āI remember dealing with you, I tried having you get this last time.ā I specifically got the part number from to order online so I could get it faster. Now Iām having to wait 1 more week than had I done the slower option. ~Frickkenn
Domino's Pizza
We usually order take out pizza from the North Branch Domino's once every few weeks. Ordering online has never presented any problems for us and the staff always accommodates our request to have the pizza made well done. The few times there has been an issue, the staff and owner have always resolved it promptly. Thank you for doing a great job! ~yellowsocks93
Holiday Stationstores
I have been living in North Branch for more than 4 years and I have enjoyed shopping at the Holiday Station stores in North Branch. However, since Circle K has now assumed ownership of these stores, something is changing for the worse. The employees are rude, the service has been declining and the perks have been terminated. I have used Holiday for more than 20 years, but due to the new branding and maybe the Circle K training, I will be using the Kwik Trip stores as my service station. They are friendly and enjoy having customers in their stores. ~David
Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Not a good experience. Wife and I stopped here on the way to a trip destination hoping to be in and out quick to hit the road. Ordered our food just fine and went to sit down. HALF HOUR LATER the manager finally comes out to bring food to other people and sees us just sitting there. Told him we've been waiting almost half an hour. Turns out another employee came out earlier and brought the wrong food out to people. So they had to remake my wife's food while mine came out first. All we got for their mis-hap was a "sorry..." and he walked away. ~Mark

The manager on duty today was a real Karen. Couldn't get my rewards to work and she tells her worker " I don't care what reward they have, we only take the rewards from county market.. not cub!" Couldn't say it nicer? Or maybe to me since I was right there? Won't be back here again! Thanks ~Kim

Karl's TV, Appliance & Furniture North Branch
Went to Karls appliance because they had the refrigerator I wanted in stock. I talked with a salesman named Shannon. He did everything he could to make the sale. Shannon even said that he would do anything for his customers, as long as they were happy about their purchase. I bought the fridge and got it shipped to the house 3 days later. Upon receiving the unit, I saw that it had huge dents on both sides of the fridge. It looked liked either a forklift clamped it too hard or straps were tightened too much during transport. I called Shannon and told him I was unhappy with the unit. Shannon gave me numerous excuses why the fridge was fine. He said most of his fridges in the store had the same dents and that it was normal. He said that is how they come from the factory because the insulation was done unevenly in places. I'm sure there were other excuses. The bottom line was that although we paid full price for the fridge, what got delivered is what we got. I told him I want an exchange and he said he would not do that. I said that I want money off since in my eyes, it was not a brand new unit. He denied any money back until I said I wanted to return the unit to the store. Shannon came back with 50 dollars back onto the card. I told him that was unreasonable and his last attempt to pass the buck was maybe I would have better luck calling Frigidaire and dealing with their customer service line. Shannon hung up and I never heard another word from him. I called Frigidaire and after going back and forth with them, a new fridge was delivered 3 months later. I tell this story because for the money I spent, ( over $2000.00) I should not be the one to have to do the leg work to get a fridge in the condition that I originally paid for. This experience has left me no other option but to never buy any appliance from Karls ever again. I would get a different product before I go to see Shannon at Karls appliance. I should have read the other reviews before I shopped at Karls. Many people have had bad experiences. I know this is a long review but I'm sure this will save a few people the headache of dealing with such a dishonest company. ~katie
