We have lived in many areas and been to many stores. The stores produce is just okay a lot of the time it goes bad two days later. The store is very crammed as well as the parking. We only go here when we have to. Workers are super friendly though and helpful.

I have shopped at this food city even before the moved here and over the last little while I have noticed they do not give you the discounts that's stated many times I got into an argument with one cashier because they kept saying it was a digital code & it absolutely was not I even was going look online they said it takes 48 hours to download digital which is a lie because I have downloaded them in checkout line they didn't want me to prove them wrong so come on food city do better than this!

The store and the parking lot is way to small, the space at the cash registers are to small for customers to line up in. The cashier and bag girl was very nice though.

Employees are generally friendly, courteous & will go out of their way to help you whether it's locating an item or retrieving it from a shelf you can't reach. Will check in the back to see if them item you need is there but hasn't been restocked on the shelf yet to confirm for you if they're sold out or will bring it from the back

I hadn't shopped here in quite a while.Inside and out of store was clean. Large parking lot. Reasonable prices. Friendly cashier and the bagger will offer to carry your groceries to your vehicle. Overall, A nice grocery store.

Friendly staff and the store is clean and neat. I thoroughly enjoy the Friday and Saturday sales but it's also nice to find good deals on items during the week too. The meat is fresh as well as the fruit. It's my favorite local grocery store. Thanks for also having the Dolly Parton cake mixes in stock as I'd heard they were only carried at Kroger. I am pleased to buy my produce here which is provided from local farms.

The hot bar here is not too bad for the price. I would prob describe it best as “cafeteria food.” It will bring back those memories of younger you mindlessly standing in your school cafeteria at lunchtime holding your faded green plastic tray that the very lovely and always personable lunch ladies seemed to be in pain as they slammed a medium sized heaping of whatever the lucky food choice of the day was for that day, along with a few more slams to get those delicious sides on your tray as you wander out of the food line into the vast area covered with white tile, and too many tables to count. And of course you would always have to pay your respects to the giant painted piece of Broccoli plastered on the wall for all to see and enjoy. Anyway, the food isn’t terrible at Food City’s hot bar. I usually go with the meatloaf that honestly is a little too crispy for my liking but hey, it’s like $5.99 for a monster piece of meatloaf and two large helpings of sides of your choice. I generally go with mashed potatoes and green beans. It’s a good choice if you’ve gotten burned out on all the usual fast food choices and want something that almost resembles a nice home cooked meal. I’m sure I’ll keep going back. Hope this helps.
