Melina was very knowledgeable and helpful showing me the different features of the new phones. She helped my daughter & I get on their phone plan. I bought my new phone from her.

Melina was amazing! My phone died and I had to get a new one. My mom and I were the next customers in line and we were helped by her. She gave me different options without being pushy. She was friendly and helpful. She had one other coworker with her who only focused on his customer in front of him, while Melina helped the customers in front of her, greeted everyone who entered the store, and helped multiple customers at once. She had 6 customers helped to her coworker's one. She definitely adds value and customer service to Verizon. You are lucky to have her.

He was really patient during all the normal frustrations that come with replacing a phone, and helped solve every issue until the job was complete, even getting help from a colleague when it was needed.
