Coming home from a wonderful weekend of camping we stopped at Hardees right next to Cartime. After lunch we jumped back in my truck to finish our long trip home.To our surprise our newer Silverado was dead in the water with a 25 foot trailer on the back. Some nice samaritan stopped to give me a jump and we could not get it started. Luckily that person knew Justin at Cartime. Justin stopped eating his lunch go and get his Mechanic Tyler to take a look at my truck. Tyler came outside and after about 10 mins diagnosed the culprit as my starter. There shop was really busy that day but Tyler found a way to rearrange some jobs and get me in right away! It would have been so easy for these guys to just say sorry we’re too busy and I would have had an even worse day. BUT THEY DIDN’T! They had me fixed and back on the road in an hour. This place and these people have restored my faith in humanity and customer care! Thank you Justin and Tyler for being great human beings. Cartime has my future business and referrals forever! Visiting this store was amazing the young man was able to help quickly and was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable...at the store that is....as far as Crickets over the phone they are the absolute worst I am EVER had to deal with in my whole life...long story short I sat on hold for over 6 hours on 2+ days trying to get my original service up And running...if I hadn't already paid and they wouldn't give me my money back, I was committed and couldn't afford to loose the money I spent I would have went elsewhere. So thank you to the young man who helped me...it will make paying my next month or service a little less painful. ~Melissa

They have everything you can possibly need for outdoor sports and hunting. They also have a huge selection of pet supplies. Browsing through the clothing section I scored a nice Minnesota t-shirt as a souvenir of my trip (we were visiting from NY) for 25% off. I was highly amused by this seemingly random bar of beer soap, actually made by Budweiser! ~Holly
