Coming home from a wonderful weekend of camping we stopped at Hardees right next to Cartime. After lunch we jumped back in my truck to finish our long trip home.To our surprise our newer Silverado was dead in the water with a 25 foot trailer on the back. Some nice samaritan stopped to give me a jump and we could not get it started. Luckily that person knew Justin at Cartime. Justin stopped eating his lunch go and get his Mechanic Tyler to take a look at my truck. Tyler came outside and after about 10 mins diagnosed the culprit as my starter. There shop was really busy that day but Tyler found a way to rearrange some jobs and get me in right away! It would have been so easy for these guys to just say sorry we’re too busy and I would have had an even worse day. BUT THEY DIDN’T! They had me fixed and back on the road in an hour. This place and these people have restored my faith in humanity and customer care! Thank you Justin and Tyler for being great human beings. Cartime has my future business and referrals forever! Buyer beware. We bought a Ford F-150 that broke down three times in the first 30 days and we had never even made our first payment. They never fixed it correctly any of the times and tried to charge us for it. We ended up having to have it towed from South Dakota and the engine had blown completely by the 3rd time of them trying to put a bandaid on the problem. They wanted $11000 so we finally got them to take it back but we lost out on $1000 fixing it not to mention the tow and night stay and time and hassle of 3 breakdowns in a month cost us. Then they had taken our truck as a trade in and gave us $3000 towards this truck and turn around and sold that one for $5000 a week later. So we were out a truck and they paid $500 less to the bank so we had to pay that and had no truck. They are definite salesmen and acted like they were doing us a favor even taking the truck back but we were out thousands of dollars and it had issues after day 1 that they just kept half heartedly fixing it and then trying to charge us for repairs. I would give them a zero rating but that’s not an option.

Wow! Amazing! Quick, Honest and It has been the BEST car buying experience ive ever had in my 53 years of buying cars!! Low pressure and up front about pricing and financing!! Bought a pickup from Jason and Justin 3 weeks ago. Have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. The quality of vehicles as well their work through the Hometown Credit Union makes buying from them a no-brainer. I usually buy my vehicles from Justin's father at the Ford dealer in Owatonna (which I can also recommend). But for a good used vehicle, don't forget about these guys!!
