If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a BMW X5 from them. I was told that it had minor repairs nothing major. Well I found out today that it is a lot more wrong with this car then I was told. I was told the engine and transmission were fine they are NOT,the wheel bearings are bad, the car has started to over heat and I've only had the car less then a month this is ridiculous I have kids and cannot afford for this car to break down I will be putting more money into the car then it is worth won't ever buy from them again. And the transmission keeps lagging and it goes really high in RPMS

Easy and very helpful people to work with. They helped me with the purchase process and when the delivery came in the guy setup the shed perfectly with perfect placement. On time as well. This is the second shed we have bought from them.

Bobby really embodies what it means to be a honest car dealer, he helped me out on a car while I barely knew him and he’s the type of dude to where the buying experience is fun instead of being a drag. Every question he answered honestly! That dude doesn’t have a lying bone in his body!! Don’t go to Gillys or any other dealers in Rochester go to this guy right here! Bobby will sell you a good used car all while being honest. He’ll never sell u a lemon!

I have to share an experience I have just had with this company. I found a car for sale on FB marketplace and could not look at it over the weekend, I was told to come in Monday morning at 8am to look at the BMW I was told it had nothing wrong with it and that it would be a great car for my son. So my son and I got up at 6am and drove just over 2 hours to look at this BMW. We arrived at around 8:30am and no one was around, sign on the door stated 10am. so we called the phone number 2 different times leaving a voice mail each time and no one responded. no one responded to the FB messages either. By 10 am we had had enough and no one was still at the dealership. when leaving we noticed a second number at the bottom of the name sign and called it and someone answered, It was the owners of the company and they drove over right away to deal with the situation. I started this BMW that had nothing wrong with it and it sounded like the engine was going to explode through the intake. clearly something was wrong internally with the engine. So I went back in to deal with the owner and they ended up selling us later that day an Audi instead for a reasonable price. However by the time my son went to sign papers at 3pm we had gotten a text from Bobby, the person that I left voice mails for, he stated that his mother had died. I felt awful but I had a gut suspicion that this was not a true statement and if it was I was truly sorry for his loss. But in casual conversation with the owner she stated that he had over slept. until I showed her his text message and then I was told he really is a good guy. So a good guy to the owners lies to a customer about the life of his mother? This really bothers me and I was asked by the owners to leave a review so this is my review. The owners have no issues with passing automotive problems onto unknowing customers to make a profit, employees will lie with no limit to what they will say to try and salvage a deal, including the death of a parent. So would I buy another vehicle? No. I can not trust what they would say.

Family member Bought a truck from here Less than a week ago and they sold it to us with rusted out bottom. Multiple things have broken on it this week and they will not return our money. I would never ever ever recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place they are a scam. They will not give us back our money and we are having a fight for it now in court. The vehicle is not even able to drive because the frame is rusted out and almost broke while driving down the road.

Caution!! The person that sold me the junk 2004 Audi directly told me that I wouldn’t be ripped off. The car hasn’t driven over 20 miles since I purchased it. The same night I brought it home is when I noticed the problems. I brought to a repair shop and was told the next day to go get it because they were charging me too much, by the person that I got the car from. That’s when I was informed that they changed the mass flow sensor because they noticed the problem before they sold me the car. I called and spoke to the owner because I was offered a warranty for $200. I told the owner that instead of being offered the warranty that he should have recommended the warranty because he knew that the car had problems. He had no idea what I was saying between offered and recommend. Bottom line is that I did get ripped off. The transmission has been quoted at $3700 and I need to replace both catalytic converters $3200. This is the price for the parts not the labor. Worst experience ever!!! Find a place that cares that you’re spending your money because this place doesn’t care!!!
