Giving it a 5 mainly due to whenever Alex works in the kitchen he always has a variety of breakfast food out. I stop in at this location 90 percent of the time on my way to work at 3. Yesterday (Monday, April 18th) when I stopped in both ladies were outside smoking when I pulled up at 2:59 and there was absolutely no breakfast items out. Wow what a great way to spend time in the sun and on the water! This was our first time but we’ll definitely be back. My daughter, my 65lb Boxer and I rented a 4 person raft, equipment was clean and in good condition. Instructions were given, staff was really friendly and offered to hold my key FOB and supplied ziplock bags for our phones. We stopped twice along the way to hunt for agates and swim so it took us about 5 1/2 hours to reach the pickup landing (maybe 3-3 1/2 with no stops). They scooped up the equipment and loaded us on a bus and dropped us back off at our car…TOO EASY! Bring a cooler, fishing equipment if you want or your own kayak or canoe and ENJOY! Cute diner, big beautiful windows, id love to go while its snowing or in summer. The food was served in huge portions and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Im from DC/Annapolis and LA area and am used to competitive restaurants that go above and beyond. I expected the food in a small town to be slightly out of touch but i was pleasantly surprised! Food in Cannon Falls is truly scrumptious, just like the people. ~Danielle

More than an ice cream shop. They so have coffee, food, meats/cheese, merchandise, etc. There is lots of seating options and board games to sit and hang out. Very kid friendly. Located in downtown Cannon Falls. There are bike racks and outside seating. No pets allowed inside. ~HERE
